WinXP Firewall vs. Vista Firewall.

What was the *technical* justification for re-designing Vista FW (handling
outbound traffic)?

If MS is considering that monitoring outbound traffic is such a pressing
security issue,
why aren't we furnished with an appropriate fix for the WinXP firewall via
'Patch
Tuesday'?

Or, could we expect a security enhancement of the WinXP firewall when WinXP3
is released in the first half of 2008?

Control outbound connection is important if you have virus already set
on/entered your computer and can send back some info. All other question
IMHO , have to be answered by marketing department of MSFT :)

The question is : do you want the virus will take your file with passwords
and send it to its host for treatment :)
If you are in 99% maybe you really don't need it
