If MS is considering that monitoring outbound traffic is such a pressing security issue, why aren't we furnished with an appropriate fix for the WinXP firewall via 'Patch Tuesday'? Or, could we expect a security enhancement of the WinXP firewall when WinXP3 is released in the first half of 2008?
