Create menu in MSI
-Karl <dinodod[ at ]gmail.com> 02.07.2007 15:38:00
I was wondering if there was any built in feature to create a menu in
an MSI or is that dependant on the packaging tool I use? I am using
Wininstall LE but I haven't seen any feature to generate a menu.

If the MSI doesn't support menus, what tool can I use to create one?
Wininstall LE doesn't appear to have that ability.

Thanks

Hi,

Not sure what sort of menu you are after, but if its to select what gets
installed check out the doco/tool for "Features". I don't know whether your
tool supports it (more than one) or not, my MAKEMSI tool does
(it can also add dialog pages/controls).

Bye,
Dennis
