I am trying to watch a DVD using the Media Center but it came up with Decode Error malfunction or not installed. I have downloaded the utility to check my MPEG-2 Decoder and I found out that there are no MPEG-2 Decoder installed on my PC. How and where could I get any free MPEG-2 Decoder? Dscaler 5 is the only free MPEG2 decoder that works in MCE that I know of.
