On open, PowerPoint freezes. Just one file. I have tried it on multiple
PowerPoint installations.
I can repair the file, and it will work, but than the same thing happens- I
repair it (Easy Reovery Professional) and it will work again. However, now
the repaired version is losing a lot of the formatting. I have copied all

PP 2003: Stacked Column Chart
I want to prepare a stacked column chart. Each bar or chart would have two
sections, the bottom part in blue and the top part in yellow. There are a
total of six bars/columns. The second, third and fourth bar/column needs to
NOT show the blue part of the bar - it must look as if there is nothing
there. (The yellow part shows the incremental increase from the first to the
second, third a...

Last day of task showing overallocated
I have a resource permitted to work up to 8 hours per day. I've assigned him
a task that lasts over 10 days. On the last day of that task, even though
he's only working 8 hours, Project is relfecting those 8 hours in red (as in
'overallocated'). It doesn't have anything to do with date - if I shift the
task to start earlier or later it still shows red.
Any ideas? Thanks!...

Opening an embedded Excel file in Powerpoint via C#
I am working with the new 2007 pptx file format. What I have found is that
creating my own presentations from a template, if I use a slide that already
has an embedded excel sheet in it, there is a emf thumbnail of the
spreadsheet that needs to be updated. I have no way of doing this.
That lead me to using the 2007 Interop COM for PowerPoint to somehow get the

The text on the monitors will be too small unless I use les characters per

I was planning to achieve this by using 2 seperate slide shows and runiing

Spellcheck doesn't work when I edit a word???
When I edit an English word -drop a letter, for instance- the spellchecker
marks the word which has an invalid spelling, that's good. But after I
correct the spelling, spellcheck marks the word anyway.
For instance, I wrote the word "recruitment" then erased "c", it became
"reruitment"
and then I wrote a "c" again --> "recruitment". But spellchecher recognizes
the word as three piece...

I´m Trying to be brief:
I saved a couple of slides on PPT as web page; I observed all the files it
