ON 07 B2TR - Icon links fixed!
It no longer sends the CPU to 100% when you open then close a file via an
icon link. It also doesn't create a bunch of extra files either.
After checking, I have found that ON no longer puts these files into
separate SectionName_onefiles folders. Now it puts them all in a single
folder called OneNoteOfflineCache_Files which you can locate anywhere you
want via the options dialog. ...

OneNote doesn't Open
I have OneNote 2007 installed on my computer, but since my computer crashed,
I had to use the backup drive to fix my computer. Since then, it doesn't
recognize OneNote 2007 as installed, and as a result it cannot open. I have
the product key, and I do not wish to pay 1.50 for the download (since I have
it on my computer but isn't working). Is there someway I could fix this?

READ BEFORE INSTALLING OFFICE 2007 B2TR
The B2TR patch has some nasty surprises for users in store. The most
important one being that Word 2007 Beta 2 files saved in the new file
formats (extensions docx, docm, etc) might not open at all once B2TR has
been installed.
Excel files in the file formats (extensions xlsx, xlsm, etc) saved in B2

Printing from PowerPoint to OneNote 2007
Hi Guys I have a question: I just downloaded the beta version of

make text line up on lines on a lined page?
i am new to this program, so maybe this is simple, but I fiddled around with
it, and I cannot figure out how to make the text type out on the lines that
are on the lined page.
The text is just going wherever, without reference to the lines. What's the
point of the lines then? ...

WDS Message in Vista RC1 every time I open OneNote
I don't have OneNote 2007 Beta 2 installed because every time I open it, I
get a message stating the the WDS needs to be installed.
Well, I'm running Vista RC1 and the WDS is embedded in the product.
Also, being since I don't have it installed at the moment, when I go to

ON 07 B2TR - Toolbar travails
I didn't notice these issues in ON 07 B2 so I don't know if it has these
same issues but here goes:
When switching to full screen mode in B2TR I noticed I didn't have the
same toolbars as when in normal mode. A nice addition was that they had
stuck new page and next page buttons in the default toolbar for the full
screen mode. Oddly, they also put about twice as many buttons as would

OneNote 2007 B2TR First Take
Well, I installed the B2TR and the WDS 3.0 update this morning. It went
pretty well. I didn't have a single hitch.
I used it to take notes in class today. Here are my first impressions:

OneNote Mobile - sync PC to Device
How do I specify that I want a section to be synced from the PC to Device (i
understand I can have one section that can sync in this direction).
At the moment i only have device to PC syncing working.

How to get order of note summary page to follow orignal notes?
I typically take notes in an outline format, but when I create a summary page
of those same notes, the flagged notes show up in a random order when
compared w/ my original notes. Can this be fixed w/ a setting or is this yet

How do I set the default outline numbering in OneNote?
When I am outlining in OneNote, I like to number the hierarchy in a specific
way, namely, capital roman numerals first, then for the first indent captial

OneNote 2007 feedback
As a veteran tablet PC user, I exclusively use pen input and have some
feedback for the developers.
1. Store pen customizations for each pen (the way it was in OneNote 2003).
It's very annoying that I can only have one customized pen at a time and that

Hi - I recently upgraded to the beta version of OneNote 2007 from 2003. How
do I "write to OneNote 2007"? Usually when I want to transfer something
(word document), I just hit print and chose "write to onenote 2003". But

Unable to Insert File as Printout in 2007 Beta
When I try to insert a powerpoint file as a printout in OneNote 2007 Beta, I
get an error in PowerPoint saying, "Windows cannot print due to a problem wit
the current printer setup." and recommends checking the printer and its

How to convert 2003 files to Beta Technical Refresh Format

Excel 2003 does not have OneNote Ink function
I just bought Onenote for the new PC, and everything is works but the Ink
