Rules not applied
Is there a way to not have the built-in Infopath dialogue box appear
stating "Not all rules were applied" as an error trap? I thought I had
accomplished this task and made it a bit more, intuitive by using rules
on a submit buton with conditions that a certain field "in not blank".

What is meant by "Index or primary key cannot contain a Null value
I've developed an InfoPath form that is connected to a database. I have
formatted the connection to both submit and receive data from the database.
When I insert a data control to submit data and preview to test submitting
some sample data to the database I get the messege "Index or primary key
cannot contain a Null value." What does this mean?

Repeating table with "Other" text box
I have a repeating table with a drop down list box. In the list box I have a
number of standard choices for the user to choose from plus a choice of
"other". When the user chooses other I would like a text box to appear for
them to fill in. When I tried this it worked fine but only for the last row
of the repeating table no matter the number of rows. Is there any way to make

Afterupdate
I'm using the MS Sample Purchase Request-Detail form and want to change
the value of the "estimatedtaxrate" field in the items list when a
currency is choosen. For example, I want the value of that tax field to
be set to 6 when CAD in the currency field is choosen.
Have I been at this too long today or am I missing something? I can't
seem to find the capibility in a function.

Transferring Data in Expression box to Text box

IP 2k7 hosted in Windows Application
I've been messing around with VS2005 and hosting Infopath Forms. I've gotten
them to display, I'm using link labels to emulate the task pane we've used in
the infopath client, but I have two problems/questions for all you InfoPath
gurus:
1) I'm familiar with Borland's C++ IDE and how you could build any library
you needed into the application for a target machine that may not have that...

Infopath 2003 SP1 --> SP2
Does anyone know if one were to upgrade to the SP2 if all subsequent
form users would have to be upgraded too or is just the form designer's
version ok to upgrade? I have forms designed in SP1 but want to upgrade
to SP2 to take advantage of the new features but it is difficult to
have everyone upgraded?

Modify drop-down list of multiple field at once
I've got a large (100+) field infopath form, and many many of my fields need
the same six-or-so-choice drop-down list added. Can I do this to more than
one field at a time? If not this is going to take hours!

Infopath extrememly slow opening small forms, except for the designer
I have a number of forms libraries on a sharepoint site, and now while
rolling out the project to production, a disturbing performance issue
has cropped up, and seems to be tied to my account.

Live and Local beta add-on for Outlook
I was sent a beta add-on for Outlook 2003 to add maps to my e-mail. I will
not onstall on the computer evan after downloading windoows installer 3.1(?)
and installing it I tried 3 times to install the program. I would go to the
end of the istallation and give me a error and then uninstall.

hi guys,
I have an InfoPath 2003 template .. and a submit button. When this
button is pressed i check if the url is online (by default i want to
save this form on a sharepoint) and if is not online i do a manual
submit: i create a new xml file with the content of the xml form that
result after submit (when i press on the submit button) and i add some
tags to be a valid infopath form.

Error message "SOAP Message cannot be parsed "

Missing pictures in infopath form
Hi there.
I got one problem. The pictures inserted in my infopath forms only appears
in drawing mode, once I had published ir the picture desappears leaving an
empty field.
It happens even when the form its published in msi or js files.
Does anyone knows how to solve it?...

Failed connections to large DB tables
I am developing a form which has a main connection a several secondary
connections to an Access DB. One of the secondary connections is to a very
large (3000+ records) table. It opens fine (very slowly but acceptable) when

Click events for controls in infopath.
Is there a way to identify which textbox was clicked by the mouse in
Infopath. In otherwords, if I click and put the focus on a textbox, and I
see the cursor blinking in side it, is there an event that happens that I can
hook into.
I am trying to do some work with repeating sections, and I need to know
which field was clicked by the user.

InfoPath Form Signing of Data in Access
