I would like my users not to see the Menu Bars when filling in the survey. I
just want them to see the survey (so they cannot edit the form). How do I do
that?

Hello
I have a field in my form that has the e-mail address of the person who
is filling the form. I want to create a button so it will take that
value from the e-mail field and send it to that particular e-mail

we have noticed that it is possible to put a header on the infopath
form and that there are pre-made functions to put in.
We wanted a username in the header because the form has to be printed

empty Infopath Error loading DLL when preview
I have a strane problem, just installed Office with SP1 on a XP computer.
I open a blank form in infopath, click preview and get:
InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's
code.
The following error occurred:

The error is in the only line available in the script.

Calculations
My form contains $ fields within optional repeating sections. When I attempt
to total these optional repeating $ feilds if one was not selected I get an
NaN. How can I tell the grand $ total field to defult to 0 if one or more of
the calculations paramiters are not present?

Infopath Scripts not updated in old forms
I have not always had this problem, but it seems that whenever I make a
change in an Infopath Form, the change is not reflected in the forms
that already exist in SharePoint. The new form that opens when I click
"Fill Out This Form" is updated.
Any suggestions? The weird thing is that the script should not be
saved anywhere else but the template file, right? So all forms should

Immediate message for required field
While fields can be set to be required, I cannot find a way of alerting the
user with a dialog box when a field is skipped. Only at the end of the form,
by using a submit button, or saving, do all the errors show.

multiple data connections
I ask this because we have multiple sharepoint server all connecting to
the same backend
when opening/saving an infopath document on the server where the data
connection points to there is no problem
when doing the same thing from one of the other servers the user gets
an error message saying the form could not submit succesfully but the
changes do get saved anyway

Conditional Formatting confusion

Cannot Publish Infopath Forms: URL is not valid
We are unable to publish forms from Infopath 2007 (MOSS 2007) to Sharepoint

Conditional Formatting for Expressions
I have an expression box control that contains the sum of a number field in a
repeating table.
I need to be able to change the color to red if the number is less than 40
When I go into conditional formatting for the expression box control, there
is no option to choose the expression box control so I don't know where to
