Does the digital signature sign form lables ?
Signing a form (entire or sections) appears to sign only the xml content and
not the labels stored in the XSN.
This can resolve in looking at a form signed with different labels then they
were when signing.
Scenario:
Sign form.
Open XSN and change label.
Re-open form - you don't get any message of template update (as apposed to
adding or deleting controls that do show warnings).

Access primary datasource, loss of repeating-ness
Hello. If I create a form based on my schema, then I have all the
appropriate repeating sections available. That's swell.
However, if I create a form based on my Access DB, then I can only have the
entire form repeat, instead of a group of fields bound to a "lesser" group.
My question: What can I alter in my DB design that will allow the desired
repeating sections?

C# code for saving form
We designed our initial forms with InfoPath 2003 to submit a patient's form
and save using a comma in between a patient's last name and their first name.
When we moved to the 2007 beta, InfoPath would replace the comma with an
underscore, no matter what we did. We were able to work-around it, though by
using JScript code to do an http save event to basically overwrite the file

Missing Data
I have a couple of infopath forms that aren't tied to any databases. The
person inputs the data into the forms (purchase request and check request).
They then go to the send command on the file menu. The form is then sent to
the approver. The preview of the form looks perfect. The problem is that
when the approver opens the infopath form, sometimes in the repeating table

Publishing InfoPath text fields to SharePoint
I'm wondering if anyone knows whether it's possible to promote an InfoPath
text field to the SharePoint form list such that it is not seen as a
SharePoint "single line of text" with a 255 character max. I have several
text fields on my form that can exceed 255 chars, but they are getting
truncated. I was hoping SharePoint would treat them as "multiple lines of
text."

Auditing
Hi,
Does anyone know if it's possible to audit data changes made to an
InfoPath form automatically? eg: what was the change (field & value)?
who made the change? and when did they change it?
This is using InfoPath 2007 B2 and MOSS.

Infopath + Database connection
Hi @,
I have an infopath form which gets data for a drop down list from a remote
sql server DB.
When I preview this form, I see that the drop down list is populated with
data from DB. But once I publish the form to an SPS site, When I try to fill
the form, it thows error "An error occurred accessing a data source.". If I

Hello,

Access Workgroup Problem
I need to connect an infopath form to an access database that has been
secured using the Security Wizard. I have been able to set up the data
connection by choosing the Microsoft Jet 4.0 OLE DB Provider and specified
the path to the workgroup file by editing the value of Jet OLEDB:System

Nested Repeating Table IDs
In our implementation of InfoPath, we are using numerous repeating tables,
and a few nested repeating tables. In the old Object Model, I am able to
access nested repeating table row IDs, but I haven't had success with the new

Resetting value in boolean drop-down
Hello. I have some drop-down boxes - YES or NO can be selected.
I am unable to change the Drop-Down List Box Properties' value from "True"
to "Y". (My requirement is that these values be "Y" or "N".)

Form is Too Long
I have a single InfoPath Form that has a lot of sections and controls
on it. The client is happy with the functionality of the form (it
contains all the information they want) but they are concerned that it
is too long. They have to scroll down through mulitple pages to
complete all the fields.
What I would like to know is, what is the best way of splitting this
