Hide button based on field
I have two buttons, one called approved and one denied. I want to have these
hidden unless the person filling the form out equals one of three people.
The field is a text box and the user types their name. Unless the field
matches one of the three names these buttons should stay hidden. I did a
conditional format and it works fine for one but as soon as I add the other
two users it s...

Infopath should bring in attribute fixed values as read-only text
Infopath knows already that when an element contains attributes with fixed
values that it pre-populates a text-box with that value. It should then take
the next logical step and make the text box read-only.

User Access Levels
How would I meet this goal using Infopath
I have created a teacher evaluation form in Infopath that has fields for the
evaluator to fill in and fields for the evaluated to fill in. I do not want
the evaluated to be able to change any data entered by the evaluator. We do
run WSS2.0 however the form is all selfcontained and does not connect to any
access database....

Infopath and Access Database
I am trying to create a form based on an Access Database of computer
equipment. How can I set he form so that when you do a query, you can put in
partial information in a field and the query will return every item that has

save possible re-entry. I have tried several things but couldn't get it to
work.

Great form in Access... can I import into Infopath?
I have created a wonderful Access database that records issues for my
company. I was just informed that I would be keeping records and creating
reports for all areas of our company now (not just mine). This is a national
organization. It is not feasible for me to train someone in each location so
I thought that I could make a form that relates to my database that they
could all fill out ...

Need simple workflow
Well, I think it's simple.
Step 1 - a User submits a request for a policy waiver to a forms library.
Step 2 - Info Sec reviews and decides whether to approve or deny. They then
need to send a reply to the user with their decision and any additional
conditions.
Currently, I have Step 2 being accomplished by an Alert in the Forms Library
to the Info Sec manager. He goes to the forms...

No matter where they are opened from. The template is in a share on a server.
Anything to correct this. It takes over a minute to open a standard size

in a textbox to retrieve/edit records relating to that value.
The form itself works fine this way. However, I would like add one more
"error proofing" item to the form.
I have created a table in my database that lists all userids and the values

My team has developed a XSchema file that uses key/keyrefs. The intention
is that one attribute value should make reference to other existing attribute

anything with the key/keyref schema syntax.
