RE-SETTING-UP MSWORD 2000 FAILS
I own an HP Pavillion 521d which I bought sometime in 2002. The windows ws
corrupted recently and had it re-installed by a technician. I succesfully
re-installed back,the HP printer and some hardwares, but the MSWORD disc that
came along with the HP pc would not.An error message number 7255 is displayed
after I enter the prodcut key.

How do I get Office Pro 2003 to read files created on Works?
hi,
I work for a middle school and some students are bringing in files they've
created at home using some version of Works (.wps), and my Office Pro 2003
Word won't open it.
I've looked on the microsoft site for a viewer of converter or somthing, but
have had no luck..
1. Is there any way to open/edit/print this file here at school?
2. Is there a way for the student to save it ...

Can't Get OfficeX for mac to load
I've tried a couple times to load OfficeXformac from the CD onto my mac and I
keep getting the same error message. "1008:22,-36 IO Error (Bad Disk)" and it
always happens at the same file "advzip.dic" Can anyone help me around this?
Had a similar problem?...

Paper size in Canadian French installation
I am using OFFICE 2003 Canadian French version.
Canada being on the American Continent, our paper size format, even in
French Canada, is LETTER (8.5 x 11) and not A4 which is the European paper
size. When one installs OFFICE we have to specify our keyboard option. So
once one selects Canadian French keyboard, automatically the paper size
should be set to LETTER instead of A4. It would ...

Installing Office XP Hangs
I am trying to install Office XP Professional, onto a new laptop running
Windows XP Professional SP2.
When it gets to 'Preparing to install ..' it hangs, and doesn't recover.
I've left it for an hour, and it just sits and nothing changes.
The laptop came with Works installed, so I thought it might be clashing, but
when I try to un-install the word component of Works, it also just hangs. ...

HOw can i create a page template for multiple writer, fixd format
I am trying t wite a brief book with a number of school pupils (approx 30) i

Recover Product Key
I recently installed (finally) a copy of Vista Beta. I am trying to install a
copy I downloaded this summer of Office 2007 Beta. However, I can not find my
product key, and I don't want to pay for another. Is there any way I can
recover my product key? I am wanting the one for Office Professional Plus,

how to reinstall 2007 Outlook
All programs in 2007 work great except outlook. In Outlook, I can receive
and send mail, but I cannot open anything with a link or when I try to look
for updates I get the same message which is to try reinstalling Outlook 2007.
Of course, I got the version before it cost anything and do not want to pay
if I don't have to but I need to get my email outlook program working.

(2007) Office has not been installed for the current user
I installed office 2007 beta2, and it ran well for a while. It has recently
stopped working: all apps (word, excel, outlook...) pop up with a message
"<app name> is not installed for the current user. Please run setup".
Re-running setup does not resolve the issue.
I've seen posts on this issue with previous versions of office.
Does this require registry modification?

1)I am trying to create a base image for a Standard workstation. I would like
the system to prompt for entering the Office License key. I only have an OEM

Update to 2003 with 2007 installed?
My system keeps warning me that there are updates to install, but then
it tries to update Office 2003 while I have the beta of 2007 installed.
So it gives up and an hour later again warns about the update.
What to do?
