Backups
I use word 2002 and make backups of all my .doc files.
I wish I could have them created and kept in a totally different folder to
unclutter the main one.
Is that possible?
Thank you

Mailing from Word 2003
When I am in my new Word 2003, and I want to email the document I've been
working on, I go to File>Send To and the only option available is 'Mail
Recipient (For Review)' and that's greyed out.
How can I un-grey it and have other mail options available, like just "Mail
Recipient"? I've made OE my default mail program.
Thanks in advance for any help.

How do I get Word to do autofill for frequently used phrases?
I am a slow typist and want to have WORD recognize certain phrases that I use
frequently (such as "University of Chicago" when I start to type Univ...) and
offer to fill in the phrase for me, so I can just push enter. I used to have
this in an earlier version but cant figure out how to set it up in Office
2003. What is the best way to accomplish this? ...

Does copy/past increase document size?
I know that copy and pasting images into a PowerPoint presentation increases
the size of the resulting file. Is that also true in Word?

label with graphic
Hi,
I'd like to make labels with a graphic on them: 40 labels per page with all
the same graphic. Is there a way to include the graphic in the text window
(where you can type the text for a label)?
I have to make 20 pages with a different graphic per page and with 40 labels
per page.
Thanks for any ideas,
Chris

Space between paragraphs
I wrote something in Word2007 (Beta) and now I transferred it to Word 2000.
I don't want a space between paragraphs, but when ever I press return I get
an empty line. I have put everything in single spacing, so I don't know
what is happening.
I pasted the text from one file onto the end of another (both are and were
