Postal barcode location
This may be a question for the General group, but does anyone here know if
the location of the Postal Delivery Barcode can be changed in Word? It

office has this in the bottom half-inch of the envelope. I can cut-and-paste
the barcode to the 'proper' location, but would love to have it default

standardizing signatures for network users
What's the best way to create standard, company-wide signatures that include
an employee's name & title along with company information, in a standard
font?
We have fewer than 100 employees, but enough that I don't want to go to each
employee's computer to create the signatures manually. We have a mix of 2002
& 2003, and no consistency on whether then mail is HTML or RTF or whether

Mail Merge sort not having effect.
In VBA I am creating a mail merge using a template file and another Word
document with a table as the data document. In Word97 and 2000 if the
template file had been set with a sort on a mail merge field then the
output document was sorted accordingly. In Word 2003 this is no longer
true.
To verify my sort order is set I interactively doubled checked the
template dot by:
1. Edit Recipients...

pictures
When I click New in my Outlook 2003 it opens in word. Then when I try to
add a picture, not attach, to my message it does not show. All I see before
I click the send button is a outline. When I send it, the pic disappears.
How can I correct that.
Also, when I first open word to send a message there is an outline of a pic
that I did not add.
Please help

cannot send Word document as attachment from within Word
Can someone help me out on this:
Since installing 2003 the option file -> send to -> mail recipient is no
longer highlighted, nor is the icon associated with Mail as attachment
highlighted.
Is this a security issue? or must I check a box somewhere in Tools (I have
checked the one in Tools-Options-General-Mail as attachment.

Editing Email in Word Format Not Working
Hi,
We have Outlook 2003 and Word 2003. I have checked Tools, Options, Mail
Format, Use Microsoft Word 2003 to edit email messages. When I create a new
email message, it is using Microsoft Word 2003 as the editor. We have Word
templates that we send to a certain department using Word's File, Send To,
Mail Recipient (NOT as attachment), so the attachment shows in the body of

Signatures
Hello,
I've mail merged signatures before, which works fine with:
{INCLUDEPICTURE C:\\Test\\{MERGEFIELD Sales_Person}.jpg"}
However, after upgrading to SP3 using Office XP when I merge to print, it
just prints the same signature all the time. Even with update links and
update fields ticked in print options!!! Pressing F9 works fine in Word, I
just can't merge to print.
Any help ...
