Convert addresses to database
I have a list of addresses I want to put on envelopes. I have Office XP and
cannot find any way to convert the existing data to a mailmerge file. I
thought I used to do this in an older version (97? 95? older?) Isn't there
a simple way to convert addresses to database information?

Can WORD 2002 be used to reply to OE messages...
....without breaking the thread to the original message (i.e. not a
cut-and-paste affair)?

PDF Creation
Hi
I need to turn my word documents in pdf and also optionally email them from
time to time. I know there are several utilities that act like a printer to
accomplish this. Could someone please recommend some of the better ones?

Word mail file
Posted this yesterday but its gone today?? Still need to know where outgoing
messages are filed.
I have a new form in word which I can fill in and it gets sent OK but I
cannot find where a copy is filed.
I am using word 2000 on a XP machine with OE6 as my email client and its not

Sensitivity of an e-mail when using Word to insert an attachment
I have a user who insists on sending all e-mails with sensitivity set to
Private
We use Office 2000
In Outlook we can set the sensitivity to Private on all newly created
e-mails by clicking Tools, Options, E-Mail Options, Advanceed E-Mail Options
and change the Sensitivity to Private. This works great.

What is "Introduction"?
"I am using Microsoft Office Word 2003. When I send an email the usual TO,
CC, SUBJECT come up as well as INTRODUCTION".
Does someone know what this is used for and how to hide it if needed. I
have searched the web without any success.

Envelope printing problem
I've added a couple of new addresses to the address book in Word 2K. When I double click
one, or select one and click OK, the name is put in the preview box, but not the address.
Same behaviour for the return address.
The "older" ones work just fine. I can't see any differences in the properties dialog. The
entries save OK.
Clues please?

How-to: Create send Word document as email attachment button????
I have posted on this before and thought I had it working. But it is
not. I have a form that I created that I want to send to managers and
such in my company. I would like to have a button that they can click
on inside the document that will automatically send the file as an
attachment in Outlook.
I have tried clicking on the E-Mail button, but it does not always come
up on some clients...

Making membership cards with Word Mail Merge
I want to print club membership cards using Avery 8 1/2 x 11
perferorated business card stock.
I had hoped to insert a graphic image of the card in each table cell,
then superimpose a textbox,
and put Mail Merge field codes into the text box so the individual
membership name etc gets written into each
successive card. Trouble is, I get an error repost saying I can't have

sending word doc as email mess
unable to sending in body or as attachment a word doc. using word 2002 and
outlook 2003. says follwoing
word could not load the email envelope. could be caused by a network
connection problem or problem with office installation.

address pring screwed up
2003 office word. All of a sudden the tools/leters/mailings/envelopes
and labels is printing the address wrong on envelopes. I don't remember
changing anything. It prints the address horizontally instead of
vertically for the envelope. How do I fix that?

Email inserts as attachment instead of body.
I can't figure this out. Dragging/dropping emails from Outlook usually
inserts them into the text body. But after emailing the document from Word
and re-saving as a new document, drag/drop from Outlook puts the email as an
attachment in the header and automatically turns on "Send to Mail Recipient"
thinking you are intending to email the document. Why is this happening and
is there a way...

Merge Contact list in Office 2003 problem
I have Word 2003, and Outlook 2003 when I try and do a mail merge using my
Contacts it brings up what looks like the Database Connection screen?
I tried from another computer and everything works fine, I have tried
un-installing word and re-installing but I have the same issue?
Any thoughts?
