He highlights the address on the letter and of course it appears correctly in black in the "envelope and labels" delivery address panel. If I configure Outlook to use Word as the e-mail editor, then every time I read and close or send a message, MSWORD.EXE goes 100% CPU (OK only 99%) for two to three minutes and I cannot do anything else.
