Where did the Visual Keyboard go for Office 2003?
The Visual Keyboard that seems to be available from Microsoft's site
claims to be compatible only with Office 2K/XP. Is there a separate one

Unicode
I am converting a pdf document into Word and where the original pdf document
has superscripts the conversion translates the superscript character into
various symbols, for example a superscript 6 translates to >> and a
superscript hd translates into C.
The conversion of the superscripts, although unsuccessful is a least
consistent.
I would like to be able to parse the Word document...

How can I omit Extra unnecessary space between two parts of words in farsi scripts?
When i type a word in persian (farsi) that has two parts like =D9=85=D9=8A =DA=A9=D9=86=

How to stop automatic conversion to SimSun?
I have developed a new encoding scheme in the private use area (PUA) of
Unicode. I also did create a font that contains the glyphs for these new
characters.
Now when selecting this font in Word and inserting characters from the PUA
range, Word automaticaly changes the font to SimSun. When using the Word
user interface, I can select the characters and change the font back to my
own fon...

Belarussian is an official language of Belarus, a country with a population

Language bar does not stay after selection
I am using the official MS MUI (multi languages) and want to use for
proofing English and German.
I have followed earlier links to the problem before, but nothing I do keeps
the language bar after selection.
I am using Windows XP Pro, WORD 2003 and the MUI by Microsoft.
When I highlight the text in German , then go to Tools and Language
selection and select German, then go back to ...

complex script font in Font dialog
What is the requirement for a font to show up in the Complex Script Font
combo box in Word 2003?
We have a Unicode font that supports only the Devanagari range of Unicode
and we're trying to make it the default font for complex script text, but it
doesn't show up in the list. I suspect it is some information that is
lacking in the font file. Could someone let me know what that might be so I...

Loading a document in a different codepage
Hi all,
I'm running Windows XP and Microsoft Offfice 2003.
When I open an existing "*.doc" document, and this document is written in
another language as English, a window opens and ask what codepage to use to
open that document.
I read often Thai documents, and everytime I''m asked what codepage to
use.
But recently I wanted to open a Thai document, and Word didn''t asked what

MS Multi Language dictionary gives improper "correction" in German
I have the Microsoft Multi Language Dictionary and Speller.
The are a number of spellings that are incorrect, for example in German one
may want to use the word "fuer" and the MS program gives it with a capitol
F. It makes out of "fuer" this Für Is the a way to change that?
