Proofingtool - Grammer don't work
We have installed Proofing Tool.
It seems that it works fine spelling-check and thesauri but not for the
grammatical check. The tested language is spanish. The computer is installed
with a danish version of word. I have checked installation and also
downloaded SP2 for Proofing Tool. I know that complex grammatical errors
should not be found, but it does'nt find even very simple error...

How to display Pinyin in Phonetic guide ?
When I type Traditional Chinese in Microsoft office (English version) word
2003 professional (Window XP in traditional Chinese version), the Phonetic
guide can display "zhu yin fu hao" automatically. However when I type
Simplified Chinese, the Phonetic guide does not display the "pinyin". How can
I solve this problem? Thanks for the help!!...

Searching for mixture of left-to-right and right-to-left character
Does anyone know if it is possible to search for (and replace) a string in
Microsoft Word 2003 that contains a mixture of both left-to-right and
right-to-left text?
In translating material from English to Arabic, some items (for instance

How do I
I have a laptop with an Italian 142 keyboard. When I am at office, I use an
external keyboard and monitor. The external keyboard is an Italian 141. They
are slightly different. So I installed both keyboard layouts and use
Shift-Alt-2 to switch fron built-in to external layout. It works, but...

problem with font switching
I have 2 kinds of font problems:
1. I have formated my font with Latin and Asian (Chinese) text font and
whenever I use the Chinese font of my choosing and upon pressing the space
bar for the next character I will always get another font (song ti, as shown
in the drop down menu as well). How can I stop this changeover?

Multilingual User Inteface in Word 2003
Hello:
I'm trying to configure Microsoft Office Word 2003 so as to be able to type
Hebrew docs.
I use Windows XP Professional Edition
I am able to toggle languages by using the Languge Toolbar. However, the
cursor remains at the left side of the doc and doesnt start at the right
side, as it should for right-->left languages.

Word closes when changing languages
The default language for Word is English. When I change the language to
Spanish, Word will unexpected close--not even an error message will come
up--it just disappears.
If I open any document with Spanish language as part of it, the document
will automatically close within 10 seconds.

can not open simplified chinese file
i have two user, one use traditional chinese windows 98 + office XP,
another
using traditional chinese windowsXP+office2000.
one day, the win98 user told me he can not open the file with simplified

unicode enabled tool to preview and choose font?
When creating documents sometimes I want to choose a font based on the way
it looks. The slowest way is to highlight a sample text, change it to a
different font, and keep trying until all fonts have been tried. This could
take a long time.
Is there a tool to expedite this process? Basically, I need to see how a

Seeing chinese radicals in Word
I am creating a bilingual spanish chinese RTF document using Visual Foxpro
and Unicode numbers. All sumplified and traditional chinese characters are
displayed but radicals doesnt.
I had verified and these are the right codes for radicals.
