Every time I do the application locks up, 100 cpu usage, first time ever happened... 2 01.08.2006 08:30:02 TIFF images in word turning black after saving I am inserting a number of TIFF images into a document, they range from 10 mb down to 2 mb each. Everything is fine when I'm working on the document so I save and close the word file. However when I next open it all of the images are blacked out. The images are not currupt - they open fine in Photshop and look fine in windows explorer. This way I was reducing huge documents of +- 20mb's in size down to a few hundred kb's. Now all of a sudden when I do this, nothing happens to the size?
