Caps lock key turning itself on.
We have a keyboarding class here at school. When the students begin to learn
the shift key and used it several times in each row of keyboard practice, we
began to have a problem with Microsoft Word program setting the Caps Lock on.
How can we keep this from happening?...

Word and Temp Files
Users are opening word documents on a server and word is creating the
appropriate temp files. Because the users don't have delete rights on the
file share, the temp files are not removed when they close the document.
Is there anyway short of giving them delete rights to remedy this?
Is the temp file create location configurable in any way?
Thanks for your help

Posting a document on a website and have it signed electronically
I work in HR for a company and we need employees to view policies and confirm
that they have received them. In the past we would print the policies and
have employees sign that they have read and received it.
We now have an HR internet site and I thought it would be a good idea to try
to do this electronically. I would like to post the document (word, pdf,
powerpoint) on the site and ...

Is possible to use different caption formats in the same document?
I have run into some problems related to a multi-section document (my master
thesis). The problem has grown into a very complicated matter, probably
because I'm not good enough. Assume that the document consists of two
sections called REPORT and APPENDIX.
1) I need a TOC for each part, but they shall not be overlapping. The
headings in REPORT are to be visible in TOC1 and APPENDIX in TO...

WHY do format style changes to CHAR???
I have a document with bad formatting. Starting with a clean corporate
template, I've created the four styles I want available. I need to have
specific Heading 1 and Heading 2 titles, so I wanted to copy in the text from
the 'bad' doc. The formatting style changed to CHAR - which is what it was
in the 'bad' doc. I deleted the CHAR style, which changed the style to
default Normal.
