I had a template in my Word Startup folder called "Rollout.dot" which I was keeping all the pretty toolbars and "nifty" macros (in a module under that document called RO2003). Of late it takes quite long if I copy and paste to my word files, especially from Internet sites. And these are not long pages or paragraphs - just a few lines or so at a time.
