2007 reverse compatibility
I composed a document in 2007 Word Beta 2 and then tried to open it with Word
2003. Upon opening it the text smeared as I scrolled through and the
background on the front page was black. Was this an error on my part or is
there a bug in the reverse compatibility currently? I did try saving it under
a couple different forms with the same results....

Why are menus flat and gray in Office 2003?
When I first installed Office 2003, all the tool bars and buttons shared the
look and feel (appearence) of the XP Pro settings in Windows. Now they all
look flat and greyed-out. Functionality is unchanged, but they really look
"cheesy" and boring. I've tryed resetting the windows appearance form XP to
"classic" and back. Nothig seems to help. Can anyone help me get my good

at which point the section number appears as "0" and does not update. When

Faulting application WINWORD.EXE, version 9.0.0.8930, faulting mod
The line seems generic but it is because word crashes when someone is saving

I am running Server 2003 R2 Standard as an application server and it is
running Office 2000 SR-1 SP3.
This is an ongoing issue for what appears to be all of office, but I
