What happens if i exclude the interop.outlook.dll ?

I have not found it googling yet.
The problem is that i want the messages to preserve their MSG format, not

icon on address card
Dear all,
I'd like to know if there is a way to put an icon on the header of an
address card. I've seen a post 2 years ago asking the same question. The
answer was "There is no known method in Outlook for doing this.".
I'm wondering if the answer would be the same 2 years after.
Thanks.
Cheers,

Outlook 12 storage and collaboration
I am trying to find out how outlook 12 will be storing it's data, still in
the pst file or in the new office xml data format. I haven't been able to
find an answer yet, does anyone know?
Another issue I'm curious about is if Office 12 is going to provide
out-of-the-box syncing capabilities: will it be possible to sync outlook
items without sharepoint or exchange? Micorosft acquired Groo...
