Blank HTML e-mails, no matter what I turn off.

OE Won't Open
I was right in the middle of composing an email when my cat stepped on the power button to my back-up battery. Now, my Outlook Express splash screen will come up but that's as far as it goes. I finally decided to try Outlook 2000 as opposed to OE for my mail client. So far I've been underwhelmed. First it provides no easy way to save attachments. Autoarchiving clients data. Retaining the path.

Outlook Group Contact information
If I have a group in Outlook and I then update or change the email address of one of the contacts in the group, Outlook does not appear to update the information within the group. In other words, if I send to the group, it will still send to the old email address of one of the members of the group. Am I being clear? If so, is there a way around this? Thanks....

upgraded to outlook 2003 and will not replicate or alter accounts
I upgraded to office 2003 (from 2000 I think it was, as supplied with PC). All programs apart fromm outlook work fine. Outlook loads, and show's the previous 'in-tray' from last session in outlook2000, but keeps showing error messages ('invalid action') when I try and replicate or even try and look at user account settings....
