Sync Folder Issues
I have a co-worker that is using Office 2003. WHen she goes to the pubic
folder, it automatically bumps her into the sync issues folder.
What can I do to fix this problem?
No one else on our network is experiencing this problem.

Blank HTML e-mails, no matter what I turn off.
Have installed Outlook 2007 on different computers, uninstalled, tried every
thing I know, still BLANK HTML e-mails. But if I go back to Outlook 2003, no
problems. Have even turned off every protection on my computer, still blank
e-mails. Only in AutoPreview I can see first line of e-mail. Nothing on

Can't Undo or Install
This a.m. I opened Word and chose Help-Detect & Repair and checked both
"Restore my shortcuts while repairing" and "Discard my customized settings
and restore default settings."

Office 2007
Why is it that when I installed Office 2007 Beta that I receive messages
'badly rendered????'
These were forwarded to microsoft without any reply etc
Whats the problem ?? The messages were from previous suppliers in my
address book so I cannot see ANY reason for this.
Can anyone help me as I am back on Office 2003.

Outlook Reinstall Problems

Outlook 2007 beta
Every day I open my e-mail read one and then click to read another one and an
error sign says "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working, then another starts
up saying Microsoft Outlook will restart' then it closes and then reopens and
i have to click on the same e-mail that I just did and try to read it
again.Sometimes it takes two attemps to open it.Can Anyone help?

Not saving copies of sent mail
I'm using Outlook, version 2002. I have set Options / Email Options to save
(checked) sent mail in Sent Items folder.
NO copies are saved in the Sent folder.
How do I get Outlook to save copies of sent sent emails?

Reinstalled outlook 2003; Contacts inaccessible now
Having just reformatted my PC and reinstalled everything, I'm having
problems with Outlook (2003). When I create a new email, and want to
look up an email address by clicking the "To" button, it can't find my

OE Won't Open
I was right in the middle of composing an email when my cat stepped on the
power button to my back-up battery. Now, my Outlook Express splash screen
will come up but that's as far as it goes. Using XP Pro and OE 6. Everything
else seems to be working OK. Any help on how to repair OE would be most

Nokia PC Suite Sync to Outlook
I have recently purchased a Nokia 9300 phone to upgrade from 9200. I have
used Nokia PC Suite with Microsoft Outlook for years with no problems. After

Outlook 2003 won't connect
I am running WinXP pro CZ SP2, Office Cz 2003 SP2, which is Outlook 2003 and
FireWall Client for ISA Server 2004 and F-Secure Anti-virus Client Security.

not showing pictures
I finally decided to try Outlook 2000 as opposed to OE for my mail client. So
far I've been underwhelmed.
First it provides no easy way to save attachments. And now it won't display
any images in my emails.
I've tried to check all of my configuration options to see if I could
resolve it, but, no luck so far.
Is there something simple that I'm overlooking?

Help moving from POP to POP+Exchange to Exchange only
I would be grateful for some advice on the following situation.
We are transitioning from a POP-based server from an external provider to an

Hi!
I hid some accounts and group accounts from the GAL and when I tried to send
an e-mail by typing the e-mail addresses but the e-mail address would not

Autoarchiving clients data. Retaining the path.
We are currently going through implementing autoarchiving into the company.
We have manually gone around every client and set the path to their
individual network folder. However when the move computers the autoarchive
path seems to default to the c:\ drive. We currently use roaming profiles,
and would have thought that the settings would have moved with the client.

Outlook Group Contact information
If I have a group in Outlook and I then update or change the email address of
one of the contacts in the group, Outlook does not appear to update the
information within the group. In other words, if I send to the group, it
will still send to the old email address of one of the members of the group.
Am I being clear? If so, is there a way around this?

upgraded to outlook 2003 and will not replicate or alter accounts
I upgraded to office 2003 (from 2000 I think it was, as supplied with PC).
All programs apart fromm outlook work fine. Outlook loads, and show's the
previous 'in-tray' from last session in outlook2000, but keeps showing error
messages ('invalid action') when I try and replicate or even try and look at
user account settings....

Running a script when Outlook runs for the first time
Hey all,
I've got a deployment of Office 2003 SP2 (slipstreamed) that I'm about
to start. All of the Outlook settings are done by the .MST (cached
exchanged mode, server name, etc).
