Instalei o office 2003 e o meu outlook foi configurado para o meu email
pessoal. Recebo emails, mas não consigo enviar. Dá-me um erro 554: access
relay denied.
O que fazer?...

How to move Outlook 2003 SETTINGS to a new pc
I've tried the files and settings transfer wizard but this just moves the pst
file. All my email accounts (3 pop3 accounts), rules, favourite folders,
layouts, archive settings, etc are left behind!
A lot or reconfiguring to do to get it back to the same it was on the old pc.
Are the settings somewhere else? are they hidden or protected?

Reversing order to receive mail then send
Can someone please help I am using Outlook 2000, due to a change in my
dial-up phone number they tell me my outlook must be able to receive the mail
first (to be able to ID the mail system) then send the email in the outbox.
Anyone know a way to change to receive mail first then send setting in
outlook 2000?...

Email being deleted with AutoArchive
We have recently switched to Outlook, and I am setting a policy for all email
older than 30 days to autoarchive.
In the Outlk11.adm GP template, I have set the following:
Turn On AutoArchive
Run AutoArchive every <1> day
Archive or delete old items
I had the Retention Policy set for 30 in each box. I thought this was the
cause of the problem, so I turned off the retention polic...

Outlook 2003 should easily import an OST file
My father accidentally closed the OST file that contained important data and
has been unable to re-connect to the file using OL 2003. I searched the web
and found TONS of forum posts regarding this problem. People are spending up
to $600 on 3rd party programs to convert the OST file to PST just so they can
recover their data. I am amazed at what a widespread problem this has become.

Forcing AutoArchive to run
Hi all,
Is there a way to force AutoArchive to run? I have the settings configured
through a GPO, and each user profile has outlook pointing to the correct
location on a local drive. But the autoarchive feature doesn't seem to be
running, the archive folder is not available in the list of folders. So we
thought that forcing the AutoArchive to run would complete the configuration.

How do remove a COM Add-In that is not listed in the Add-In box?
When I open outlook, I get a message that says: C:Documents and
Settings\Mark\Application data\Microsoft\Add-Ins\outlvba.dll. There are two
of these overlaid (you have to click twice to close it. I have gone to the
Add-Inns menu. There is no listing for this add-in, yet when I click the
"COM add-in" box, the same message comes up again.
In the meantime, I cannot send or recieve e-mai...

Add a .PST file to my Folder List
I recently reinstalled Windows and Office.
A Personal File Folder file is in my backup, and I am trying to transfer it
to the Outlook Folder List, without success. Outlook does not recognize the
file, and cannot open the folder (even though it lists the folder).
Can anyone tell me how to do it?
Incidentally, when I look at the folder-file properties, it does not list it
as a .PST...

Outlook 2003 Junk Mail Filter stopped working
Hi!
At a moment's notice Outlook 2003 (fully patched) running on WindowXP (fully
patched) which is configured to use IMAP4 stopped filtering junk mails. Is
there a way to "initialize" the Junk Mail component so it will work again

Auto moving mail sent from shared account into share's sent items
Hi when sending mail from my teams shared mailbox it puts the mail into my
personal sent items folder. How do you set it so that it puts it in the
shared mailboxe's sent intems instead. I tried a rule but there wasn't an
option for mails sent from an address....

permissions to install a COM add-in in Outlook 2007
I downloaded the example on how to build an Outlook 2007 Form Region with a
managed Add-in. It builds and installs successfully to an account with admin
rights.
Is it possible to install the add-in to an account without admin rights? If
yes how?

How do I move Client only rules to Server ?
Hello,
I just upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003. I had some rules that did not
import properly so I created it again. When I did that they are saved as
CLIENT ONLY rules. How do I move that to be on the server so its always
running ?

Outlook .pst file lost, please help!
I have a client that was having an issue with his Word Normal.dot template.
It was somehow renamed and put in a different place.Malware was mostlikely
the culprit.

Outlook 2000 Error Msg
I am trying to configure outlook 2000. I was able to send email but not

Problems Between PeoplePC Mail and Outlook 2003
We have three PeoplePC accounts and use Outlook 2003. Two accounts work fine
in Outlook; the newest one (2-3 days old) neither sends nor receives,
although the test worked and it has the same settings as the other two
accounts. What's going on here? PeoplePC Tech Support says they don't
support Outlook, only Outlook Express....

Outlook displaying 'Friendly Name' instead of full email address
We have recently had Exchange rolled out for us - I still have Outlook 2000
(that's their next project now). When I look at my list of email in my Inbox,
the "From" field is simply showing the display name, rather than the full
email address of the sender. I prefer to be able to see the full email

Can't delete entries from address book
Somehow my Outlook 2003 Address Book has acquired entries that cannot be
deleted using the context menu's 'delete' command. Does anyone have any idea
of the cause of this and how I can fix the problem?
