If an external user sends an email to the list, and it gets distributed to
internal users, the "From:" field will say something like:

However, if I have already opened Outlook at one PC and try to open it at

It make no difference if the mesage is created using plain text , html, rtf
or if word is used to edit messages.
Would be greatful for any advice....

Outlook 2002
I have a works email address currently using Outlook 2002 - no problems with
that there.
I also have a Yahoo.co.uk account.
Can I have my works mailbox open 'ASWELL AS' my Yahoo account open (via
pop3?) at the same time, both in Outlook and on the same page?
Ideally I would like to be able to view both sets of emails and
view/reply/send (using Outlook) for them both.
Thanks,
