Deliver email to non-existant addresses
Hi,
How can I deliver emails sent to a non-existant address.
I mean, for example someone sent an email to abc@myorganisation.com, and no
one has this address, but because the email was to myorganisation.com I want
it to be delivered at Jonh's mailbox (jonh@myorganization.com) to check it
out.
is this possible? How?
Thanks,
Pedro Gonçalves

Archive to pst or use ost
We are a small shop running Windows SBS 2003 and use Exchange in Cached mode
as we work off of laptops often out of the office. Is it best practice to
have individual users archive their Outlook data using pst files or is it
best to keep all data in the ost file? Is a hybrid approach best that keeps
calendars, contacts, tasks and notes in the ost file since this data is
collectively smal...

How do we reclaim our messages after a rebuild?
Following a system rebuild, is there a way to relocate our discussion group
messages and replies, from within Outlook Express, and then reclaim them as
our messages? If so, we could presumably renew our use of the option VIEW/
CURRENT VIEW/ VIEW REPLIES TO MY MESSAGES, in order to track our own message
threads. How do we reclaim our message threads?

I prefer using the 1024X768 display setting. People that are not using the

Removing existing LDAP Directory from users profile
I am in the process of getting ready to rollout Outlook 2003 using the
ORK2K3. The new install is modifying the original profile and adds an
additional LDAP directory lookup. It then also becomes the default.
Question:
1. How can I remove the original LDAP directory
or
2. How can I make sure the GAL is the default without manually changing?...

Allow user to change the default to "Show in Groups"
The user should be able to toggle the default VIEW\ ARRANGE\ SHOW IN GROUPS
option between ON/OFF for all folders. Many users feel that grouping just
adds too much visual clutter, eliminates display area for the message
listing, and cramps the reader pane because the listing takes more room. As
such, they turn off the option to "Show in Groups" for almost every folder.
Unfortunately, ...
