Can I change my default calender?
Is there a way to change which calendar is my default calender in Outlook
2003 Pro? I would like to open tha calender and have our corporate calender
apear anstead of my personal calender....

Outlook hangs up after installation of 2007 B2TR
Basically all of my processes have worked very, very well since the initial
installation of Office 2007 (BETA). However after I installed B2TR last
weekend, when I'm responding to or originating an email, Outlook will hang
up on me anywhere from 10-15 seconds to up to as long as a minute plus.
Very strange as I'm simply working along and all of a sudden things just

Duplicate Icon on Quick Launch Toolbar (QLT)
I have an Outlook shortcut on my QLT which, when I place my cursor over it,
shows the comment, "Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 - Send and receive e-mail;
manage your schedule, contacts, and tasks; and record your activities by
using Microsoft Office Outlook" (i.e. the same comment as that on the
standard "Start"/"All Programs" menu from whence I dragged a copy to produce

hyperlinks in my email messages don't open

SMTP sever settings
When sending an e-mail the server will not accept my password. Problem just

Receiving and replying to html email hangs outlook
The html email does not contain Javascript or Vbscript. Doesn't utilize
iFrame or Frame in the code (https://www.kb.cert.org/vuls/id/842160). "<a
name=>" isn't blank (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811946/). Receiving
this particular html email caused Outlook to freeze. Here's the event log:

bypassing spellcheck....sometimes?
hi all...i use outlook 2000 sp-3...i like to have the spell check go
over things as just before the message sends...however, at times, i
just want to send the email without the bother of the spell
check...Currently, i have configured the spell check to automatically
"check" pop up immediately before sending. If i want to forego that,
then i have to click cancel, and then confirm that it is ok...

How to change the directory for Microsoft Outlook?
My Microsoft Outlook is located under C:\Windows\Local Setting\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst.
Does anyone know how to change the directory for Microsoft Outlook?
I can simply copy this Outlook.pst into D:\ drive, but how to edit the
existing path to load this application?

Yahoo server no longer recognises password despite repeated input
A few days after changing over to Digiweb broadband my Outlook 2003 account
started asking me for a password prompt to connect to the Yahoo server and
then not recognising the password I put in (which had been working fine for
the last six months). I've tried deleting subkeys in the registry and
reconfiguring the e-mail account but can't work out what's goign on. Any
ideas?...

How can Tasks be archived in a PST?
After a task is completed and there is the strike through on the task, I want
to be able to archive the task in a .pst, and not have the completed tasks
mixed in with the uncompleted tasks.
I'm currently working in Office 2003 but also plan on doing this with 2007
Office.
Is there a way to move tasks into a pst in the same manner as e-mail can be
moved into a pst?

Lost my email with Outlook express!.. Ack!...need help!

Error 8007007E when doing Send and Recieve
preface: I have seen a few posts about this already, but none of them
have worked for me because (a) my system is locked down by my IT
department and adding Outlook Express is not possible, or (b) the
suggested fix made no difference

Outlook 2007 beta 2 doesn't launch

email in my boss's inbox disappeared
My boss was setting up some rules to delete spam. At some point, all the

Outlook rules: trick to fwd mails to right person
I'd like to be able to send an e-mail from my hotmail account to my
work e-mail account and then have my work account fwd the mail to a
particular contact, even if I can't remember the contacts full details.
I think I can set this up using a hack with Outlook rules. But, I'm
not sure if there is a more efficient/straightforward approach. My

Links do not work in an email. I get the "nt" folder.
When I click on a link in a webpage that I open in Outlook, I get a folder
(C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MAPI\1033\nt) containing files for
scanning. I did not always get this. Is there a setting to change so the
links will work once again?...

Collapsable Emails
My emails are storing as Collapsable folders (ex. if you look at your folders
in your inbox, the have a + or - to view what is in your folder, my emails
are doing the same things, categorizing themselves with emails that have the
same subject heading. Please can anyone help how to turn this feature off?

mail wont come into outlook no error messages
I can send email no problem but I cannot collect email and I get no error
message. the email just sits on the server. this is a recent thing and I have
not changed anything other than the updates (ugh). the isp says all is good.
