Getting Hotmail in Outlook 2003
My friend can read his Hotmail in Outlook 2003 but he does work for MS too.
I also know people who can read Hotmail in Outlook in versions prior to 2003.
I have had my Hotmail addresses for a long time like 5-8 yrs for the ones I
use now and I can't read it in Outlook 2003 because it tells me I need to pay
for MSN plu or something like that, some sort of MSN thing I need to pay for.

Email Bounce Back from ISP
Hi All
I am using NTL cable broadband (UK)
I sometimes answer all my email first and the press send/receive to
send up to 40 emails in one go. This causes every one of them to be
rejected and bounced back to me.
So I have conducted a few experiments that might fool whatever
restriction there is on send more than one email at a time.
One of the things I have done is to add a random n...

How do I perform a search similar to Outlook Express ie: Find Next instead of Find All
Hello,
In Outlook Express, I can just hit the Find button, enter text and it would
find the first instance of the message with the text and open the e-mail.
Not so in Outlook 2003 - I am forced to do a "Find All" and it takes much
longer when I just need a message I just sent.
My question is - is there a "find next" feature in outlook? If not, is any
any hack to enable it?

Unknown Email - Risk?
I have a general question about opening a general email in outlook 2003. If
you get spam mail, and there is no attachment, can you be at risk just for
opening up that email?
Ill get emails that have nothing but junk in them. No attachments. I dont
see anything being sent out after I open them. But am I at risk from some
that email if I open it? Like confirming to the sender that I exist...

554 Too many recipients
For the first time with Outlook 2003, I have been getting the above

I've been sending this newsletter (with c.120 people) in the BCC for
the last 3 years, with no problems whatsoever - but just recently it
won't allow me. It immediately comes back with System Administrator -

Has there been an update that's caused this to change?

E-mail address in more than one distribution list
I have 5 rather large distribution lists and about 30 of those names may
appear in 2 or 3 of the lists. Is there a way of linking a person's e-mail
address to each of the 2-3 locations so when I have to make an update of his
address, I only do it once rather than search out his address in each of the
2 or 3 lists?
Many thanks for your help.

Block Junk from a "From" ("Your Name") name
I want to stop junk mail coming in that is coming in from a "From" who
constantly chnanges domain and or e-mail addy.
For example, I get a ton of e-mail where the "From" is
'lowrates@christianloanmart.com' or 'Pet Medications'. The sender's e-mail is
always different, so creating a Rule is pointless. The "From" is just an
alias or the name of the Sender's e-mail account as defined by th...
