Outlook 2007 can't open existing PST files
I have previously installed Office 2007 Beta 2 and used its version of
Outlook successfully with my existing PST files. I was running it under Vista
Beta 5613 and all worked well. Now I have installed Vista RC1, reinstalled
the same Office 2007 Beta, and Outlook 2007 will not open my existing PST
file. I get a message saying someting like "Errors were detected in the file,

I've set up an email in Outlook Express that I have on my server - the

Rules and Alerts Glitch
I am running MS Outlook 2003 in Windows XP Home Edition. I have an unusual
entry that has appeared in my RULES AND ALERTS box. I did NOT put it there.
It has a check mark, and says "Clear categories on mail (recommended)." I
cannot delete the entry (the choice is greyed out) and I cannot remove the
check mark. Any suggestions?

How do I contact <postmaster> reference undeliverable message?
I cannot get my emails to go to a VALID Hotmail address via my home email
address, but can via my work email address. My home email is with "freeserve"

HELP. Can't send HTML in Outlook 2003
I want to make a newsletter, formatted in HTML, that I send using my
Outlook 2003.
So as a test, I took the html source code from a simple table I made
and pasted the code into a new message in Outlook. I then sent it to
myself.
When I receive the email, all I see is the HTML code, NOT the table!!!

BUG: Outlook 2007 B2 TR receiving mail hangs Outlook

I've had this issue since Beta 2, but never got around to reporting it. It

How do i set up a microsoft exchange server if I only have a pop3
My company is a very small business. We have a Pop 3 server currently and
want to also have a Microsoft Exchange Server. We want to be able to see
what is on other's calendars and share e-mail. Once someone answers an
e-mail, we want that specific e-mail to disappear. How do I go about setting

Outlook 2007 - pst file
I am trying to open a pst file from Outlook XP and am having UAC problems. I
put my pst file in C:\ and that is where I want it. In Outlook 2007 when I
select Tools - Options - Mail Setup Tab - Data File - Data Files... button,
it will not allow me to select my pst file in the C root drive.

rules only work when manually intitated
I have an Outlook 2003 SP1 (XP, SP2) client that cannot automatically process
rules. They have to manually select process rules now, but then it works
just fine. The Echange server is on Windows 2003, and exchange is 2003, SP2.
Any ideas?...

Outlook Rules error.
We have a spam service that blocks out spam and we set up an Outlook rule to
move any email with "***SPAM***" in the subject or body to move it to the
Junk Email folder. One user had a rule stop working that had it set to move
to the specified folder. I changed the rule back to move Junk Email folder
but what would cause this rule to stop working? Is this common in Outlook
rules?...

Phantom keys in my Outlook 2003 sp2
Hello:
I have been having a problem in my Outlook 2003 SP2 which I can not seem to
find the cause. Every now and then certain keys on my keyboard seem to be
highjacked by another process. If I hit the letter "H" I get a virtual

I am a single user who just upgraded to Outlook 2003. I can compose & send
new messages, but when I click on the Send/Receive button, I get the above
error message. I am signed onto my computer as the administrator, but I
cannot change any settings on Outlook; when I look at my Inbox' properties &
click on the Administration tab, all areas are greyed out.

Replies change font color
Consistently if I reply to email in Outlook to certain users, Outlook adds
the checkerboard "technical" stationary, and changes the font of the
signature to yellow. Both of us have signatres defined in black font, but
neither of us are using stationary. This happens if either of 2 people send
me internal email and I reply to them, or they to me. Does anyone know what
may be causing this?...

setup user b's profile for access to exchange on user a's computer in
