Microsoft Outlook 2002 hangs when opening email
I have imported all of my mail into Outlook from Outlook Express and
using AVG as a virus scanner. I have updated, compressed, searched the
net and done everything that I can think of to fix the problem.
When I start Outlook, it takes a while to start. I can access
everything (calendar, tasks, notes, etc...). When I open the email

I recently installed Outlook to integrate with ACT! contact manager

using ACT!. I have disabled all ACT! email addresses, but Outlook still
won't receive messages. How can I tell Outlook that it's no longer working in

Signature-SpellCheck Problem
I am often finding a problem with text in e-mail I compose. I am uisng Word
as the editor. When SpellChack alertly finds a likely misspelling the word
is underlined. Ordinarily I can right-click and a bunch of choice are
presented for correcting it. However, I often find that when I right-click
on one of those words instead of getting a menu related to the spelling

missing attachment warning
I think it would be helpful to open a warning window after hitting the send
button if in the text of the message being sent is the word attachment (or
attach*). The warning could say Are you sure youwant to send this email
without an attachment?
This would save me from looking dumb quite often, and I would be most
grateful.

Archived Sent Items
I changed jobs about a month ago. I archived all my personal folders and
archive floders to *.pst files. When I put them into my new computer, I have
all of my inbox items, and most of my sent items. I am just missing sent
items from 2003-2005. I really need those sent items, but have no idea where
they would be unless I somehow forgot them on my last computer. . . but
wouldn't they ...

"Do not deliver before" option not working
I have a user that stated that she had set up an e-mail to not be delivered
before 9/27 at 7AM. So, she sent it, and it sat in her
Outbox waiting. The user called this morning to report that it still
had not sent yet. Any ideas of how to fix this problem and prevent future
occurrences? FYI, we are not using cached exchange mode.
Thank you in advance.

not show up in the dropdown. Although if we open their NK2 file with a

Easier ways to search and organize rules
Is there an easier way to search and organize mail rules. I am not talking
about making rules - only organizing them. The current view and window is
difficult at best, to find a rule you must scroll through everyone. It would
be great if they could be listed alpha or exported to a spreadsheet for
organizing.
Thanks...
