how do I retain read receipts on tracking tab
once I move the read receipt to the deleted folder, the tracking tab seems to
disappear from the original email in the sent folder. is there any way to
retain the info on the tracking tab without having to keep the read receipt
in my in box?...

Messages appearing in Junk e-mail folder
I am running Exchange 2003 SP 2. Intelligent message filtering is not turned
on at the smtp virtual server. I am using Group Policy to force messages to
be permanently deleted rather than going into the junk e-mail folders and I
am still getting messages showing up in the junk e-mail folder. Any ideas?

Images in email
How can I place images into the body of an email so that Outlook 2003 will
not dissamble them into attachments resulting in the recipient seeing boxes
with a little red "X" in the body of the email that they receive?
The images themselves are cut'n pasted from images available on a web site.
Sometimes I can send an email and it looks great, and other times I get the

My Junk E-Mail Filter in Outlook 2003 is not working
I just got a new computer with Outlook 2003, and I get me a message in
Outlook saying "The Junk E-Mail Filter is not available for your Microsoft
Exchange Server E-Mail Account because you are working on-line. To enable
the Junk E-mail Filter for this account, switch to Cached Exchange Mode." I
tried that, and it didn't work, plus I was unable to send e-mails from within

How do I prevent flashing text boxes in Outlook messages?
We emailed an HTML newsletter, created in Publisher 2003, and sent using
Outlook 2003. We did a test-send to ourselves, and it looked fine. However
some recipients have complained of a flashing text box appearing in random

Outlook 2002 on WindowsXP-Operation Failed error when attaching a
One of the users I support is having this issue.
She can open an email, click the paperclip or use Insert | File, browse to
the document. No problem, but when she double clicks to attach it or
selects the file, then clicks Insert, she gets
"The operation failed"
If she reboots, sometimes it works for a while, sometimes not.

Using ACCESS 2003 to send Email with Outlook 2003 - PROBLEM
I have an ACCESS 2003 sp1 application that has a SENDOBJECT macro used to
send emails. This function worked with Outlook 2000 but gets and error msg

Compact PST files
Hello,
I need a possibility to trigger PST file archiving from outside Outlook.
To wait until an automatic compact is triggered is not an option.
It would be best if it is possible to run a PST compact on all PSTs in one
directory. Right now I am able to access these PST files by creatin MAPI

various comments saying to give send as permission but how do you do that

HTML format not working?
I already changed Tools, Options, Mail Format, to HTML. In Fonts, I chose
always choose my fonts (which is not my preference, I'm just trying things
now). I was told by someone who received an email from me that they received
it in Plain Text. Almost every message I receive is also in Plain Text. I
can't seem to get my preferences to stick. What else can I try?...

When an email invitation is sent out to a large group and maybe half
reply on the Yes option button, is there a way of replying
automatically to only those who answered 'Yes'? rater than typing all
the Yes respondents in again??!

how do I save multiplie e-mails with the same subject
I have multiple e-maisl with the same subject line and I am looking to save
them all to my hard drive, but I don't know how to easily do that without
having them write over each other, or having to go back through and manually

Outlook 2007 BTR: Deleted emails return to inbox
I'm running Vista RC1 with MS Office 2007BTR. When I deleted emails from my
inbox, outlook 2007 BTR will later check the MSN Mail server and downloads
the same emails again that were deleted before. this did not happen in Beta
2. Outlook 2007 BTR will not allow me to select download complete item
