Why does my cursor jump around in Outlook?
After installing a new hard drive, my cursor jumps around on its own, so as
I'm typing fast, the letters go into another point in the document. Also,
the keyboard doesn't seem to keep up with the keystrokes, resulting in some
strange-looking words.
What's going on?...

Autoarchive email date selection logic
I have noticed that my Outlook 2003 Autoarchive is not deleting my old
email. I have checked my global Autoarchive setting and it is turned on.
I have set folder specific Autoarchive settings. Most of these are to
operate on email older than 4 months, either sending it to the
Autoarchive .pst file, or deleting it. This is not happening; I have
email much older than a year.

cannot send email on outlook
I can receive, not send. Redid all settings. Nothing helped. Told by help
desk to de install and reinstall outlook. I have not done that yet, has any
one found a solution to this problem?

Errror when adding a meeting
I get a message on screen saying "Could not load an object because it is not
available on this machine" when I try to create/modify a meeting on Outlook,
but when I close the box down it lets me add/modify.
How can I remedy this?...

Check Names functionality changed after migration?
One of my users has said that typing oneil in outlook would result in a
'Check Names' dialog box opening and presenting all O'Neils (note the
apostrophe). They say this has changed and now they have to type o'neil.
Is it possible to set a 'fuzzy' search in Outlook instead of exact for the
check names dialog box?

Outlook 2007 with TR on Vista RC1
Now that I've installed the TR I seem to have lost my ability to "Insert
Picture" or "Attach a File". I sent an e-mail earlier with a picture
inserted so it worked before. I have searched the settings and found nothing
to prevent inserting pictures or attaching files. It seems other means of
inserting some kind of effect or graphic (pre-made) works fine.
Help on things to check or if...

search folders
Hi there, I used to have two search folders that worked perfectly...I had one
set to find all messages flagged with blue and another set for red-flagged
messages.
Then I switched email accounts and now my main inbox is off an imap menu
(this is located below my old inbox, junk email, outbox, sent items, and
archive folders in the left hand menu). Now my search folders no longer pick

Why can't I create email rules
I migrated an old computer to a new one using File and transfer wizard. It
did NOT transfer the .pst file but I move it manually theouth the network.
Anyway when I tried to creat a new rule the command is not avaliable
anywhere in the program. Not by right clicking nor on the tools menu. I
used detect and repar to the same result. I have been using Outlook but I
have never encounter...

Outlook Error Message
In Outlook Today when I click Personal Folder in the Outlook Today pane I get
the following error message:
"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location"
This the folder which Outlook is attempting to access:
outlook:/./\Personal%20Folders
What can I do to fix this??...

Email hyperlink opens dozens of IE windows.
Running Windows XP, Office Outlook is default mail. When clicking on an
email hyperlink on a web page, Outlook doesn't open, but instead over 50 to
60 IE windows open, but don't connect to anything. Has happened even after
full virus scan, spyware scans. Any ideas?...

Outlook 2007 Beta: Losing mouse pointer when composing.
Not only do I continue to lose the mouse pointer/cursor when I am composing
in Outlook 2007 Beta, but something continues to pull the focus away from the
composition window at certain intervals. It will then show as not responding
for about 20 seconds and come back.
Any ideas for a fix?

Outlook Will Hang on MSN Download
FIRST, my apologies for any weird posts from my username just before this
post.. My MSOffice keyboard went wacky and whenever I hit the S key it

How do I make sure two different email to different storage?
I have 2 email accounts, one for college, and one for my personal affairs, I
would really love to keep them seperate. (one Exchange and on POP3)
The problem is that I can't seem to keep the email from two accounts to stay
seperate, in settings I can either flush all my new emails to the microsoft
exchange server, or all blash them in to my hard drive.

Make MSN account use personal folders
I have a premium MSN account. The only reason I paid for it was to get full
functionality with Outlook, but I don't seem to be able to do that.
I don't want an MSN folder. I want all of my email to go to use my personal

Everything has locked me out

HELP - Script Error Line 298 - CAN'T GET EMAILS
I've been running Office 2007 beta for at least a couple of months with no
