RE: Outlook 2003
Here’s the problem: Right now in my office each employee has their personal
contacts folder, and we all have access to shared contacts folders for each
department. They don’t always know where to look for the contact they need.
It’s becoming a hassle for them. Yes, these contacts can be duplicated in

How do I get reimbursed for poor work, which ended costing me?
I paid an air conditioning representitive 3 years ago, for 3 new AC units.
The installer has been out at least 4 or 5 times and one unit still doesn't
work properly. I finally called 2 other companies to look at the problem.
They both agreed that it was from poor installation. It will now cost me for

the folder and could not create new records. I then accidentally deleted the
custom form that I was using for that Contacts folder. Now when you open a
contact the formatting is the original Contacts form, not my custom one. Is

Outlook v-cards notes
In general, I do not EVER want anyone to see the notes I put in the v-cards I
save of them. However, I have a v-card with my contact information that I
send out to people sometimes and I typed notes in the big box that I would
prefer they see (kind of like a mini advertisement about what I do so that
they wont forget). It doesnt seem to be possible to set it up so that these

Combining distribution lists in outlook contacts.
What I am trying to do is combine two distribution lists without having to
retype or enter the names. If I combine two distribution lists into one new

It is also not possible to copy and paste names from one list to another.
If this dream is made a reality it would also be helpful to have the program

Users make Categories when they shouldnt -i need to stop them doin
hi
Using Exchange 2003 and outlook 2003 clients.
Ive setup a list of categories in contacts (in the public Folders) for
people to use but sometimes they still type the category instead of selecting
it from a dropdown box. Typing a category to save your contact to makes a new
category. I need to stop this by not allowing them to add a category.
Any ideas how i can do this
Thanks alot.

I often have multiple contacts at a company but they can get overlooked in a

Inc. in one name and not another; use of a DBA as opposed to corporate name,
etc. With a drop down box that lists all the company names already in
Outlook, one c...
