set reminder for birthdays & anniversaries
I have Outlook 2002 on my PC which syncs with Outlook on my Treo 750 phone.
When I enter a birthday for a contact, I am reminded of that event on the day
of the birthday. How do I set the reminder for Birthdays & Anniversaries for
an earlier time....

Mailing Address for Contacts
When doing a mail merge, the country (e.g. United States of America) is
appearing in the address. How do I delete the country so it does not show up
(it didn't used to). When you look at the address in the contact form you do
not see it....

How do I delete original contact list and utilize secondary list
I copied all of my previous files and folders from my old computer to my new
computer. It added a secondary contact list that I would like to combine and
it will not allow that function. If nothing else I would like to keep the
new one but again the system will not allow me to delete the original contact
group.
Please help...

I lost my outlook contacts when my HD crashed. Fortunately I had uploaded
them several months ago to my earthlink webmail address book.
The procedure that exports the contacts from the webmail puts them in a text
format (.txt).
The text file is now on my desktop.
How do I get a .txt file imported into outlook?

Printing notes in outlook 2003
I have a number of notes associated with my contacts list. Some of them are
somewhat long. When I print the address book these notes are cut off. Is
there any way to have outlook print the entire note when printing an address
book. I am using a medium sized book style with two pages printed on an 81/2
by 11 sheet with one column per page. I am also having trouble making the

When synchronizing outlook with my phone all e-mail addresses from the phone
got placed in the "e-mailadress 3" field. Is it possible to remove ALL e-mail
addresses in this field (3) from ALL contacts at one time. Or do I have to do

How do I import a catagory list from another user?
My supervisor wants me to update his contacts. When I do them from my

Copying all Outlook data to new computer
I successfully imported the contacts from my office computer (which is
connected to a LAN) to a new home computer, but the record of emails and
notes, etc. under the "activities" tab did not import. Am I missing a step in
the import/export process, or will I be unable to import the emails, etc?

How do I print (or export) the contact activities list?
The activities tab in Contacts tells me when I sent or received e-mail from a
contact. I would like to (hard copy) file that proof of correspondance. Can
anyone tell me how to either print that list or export it to a program that

Import excel file to Outlook Contacts
I have an excel file with customer info which fit into three different
categories. I have all three categories in one column separated by comas.
When I import them, they all fall into the same category. But when I open it
then click on categories then save and close, it sorts it into three
different categories....

How do I stop an email from sending every 15 minutes to group?
I sent a group email as usual yesterday. I have been doing this for several
months. Yesterday the email started broadcasting every 15 minutes to all the

Ive made a distribution list with just name & email,failed to click "add as
contact" box for each one.Now the contact box isnt there when I try to edit

how to print "one specific pg" of contacts out of 30 pgs
I'm attempting to print only "one specific page" out of the 30 pages of
contacts I have in the database. I tried highlighting, it all highlights. I
tried to do subsets, it only gives me one filter name at a time.....It will
take forever.
