Email Addresses
I am trying to figure out if there is a way to get a hold of all of the email
addresses that are stored by outlook. When I start to type in an email
address in the To: field it will find a lot of different email addresses that
aren't in my address book or contacts. I would like to add these email
addresses to one or both of those lists but I can't seem to find the data, or

First Question:
I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. When I open and save a vCard, it no

there anyway to get the notes to save in the new Outlook.
Second Question:
Is there any way to save several vcards int...

Two "Personal Folders" in my "Folder List"
I'm running Outlook 2000. The first pst (mailbox.pst) was created under
Outlook 2003 but appears to include contacts imported for Outlook 2000. I've
massaged this file while under 2003 by moving a lot of contacts into the BCM
file which, of course, no longer appear here. The 2000 pst doesn't contain
what I'm looking for so, using "File| Open", I loaded another file. That
file now appears in t...

is not in the contact list or account list or business contact list. I need

Paragraph issues in text area
Outlook 2003
When you create a new Contact and enter text in the text area, typing an
Enter key starts a new paragraph like the Normal style of Word.
When I paste text from somewhere else into the text area using Keep Text
Only, the paragraphs look like the Body Text style - there is spacing
