When I save a contact it defaults to private
When I create a new contact Outlook 2003 saves it as a private contact
automatically. Can I turn this off as I don't want them to be private?...

Where are the received emails and the contacts
I had to reinstall the OS on a W2k server, which means that after that was
done I had to reinstall all the applications running on that server. I did
not format the disk during install, so all the files that I used before are
still there. I then installed Office Pro, which contains Outlook. Now I

Printing Contacts Without Blank Lines
When printing my Contacts Address Book, Outlook is adding extra blank lines
following most, but not all, of the individual contact entries. I've gone
back to each entry to be sure there is nothing in any of the fields that
would cause this, and I've found nothing. This has not happened other times

The Find Dialog Box - Drop Down Lists Would Be A Great Addition

enhanced or made more user friendly by enabling drop down boxes to aid in a

Address book does not show contact list
Our school recently got new computers and imported all fills from our old

I have saved many messages into separate folders in my Inbox but not added
the individual senders email addresses to my contacts. Can I easily or
automatically now create group email lists for each of my separate folders?

The way names are listed on Distribution List of Outlook 2003.
First, what field on the contact card is used for column one on the
Distribution List?
Secondly, by knowing that, can I then make my distribution list read: Last

copy address book to new computer

Color code names in contacts.
I would find it very helpful if we could change the color of the name (font)
in contacts. In stead of all black you could make some red, some blue ect.

Folders under my Contacts have been converted to Inbox folders
My father had his computer worked on and when he got it back the addresses
under Contacts had been converted to messages. The icon on the the subfolders
under Contacts are Inbox icons. Any idea how to convert them back? When he
opens a contact, it opens a message(email) box with "to" and "from" but no
actual info (address, phone#s, etc.)....

How can I create a new template form for a new folder?
I am having trouble saving a newly designed form and having it be the default
form for a specific folder. I do not know how/where to save it and what
extension to use.(assuming that is how it is done) Outlook 2003 seems to be
lacking in providing a default template directory when trying to save a new
form.
