More Contacts list questions
I have two more questions regarding Contact lists in Outlook 2003. I have the
public contact list running properly now. Is there anyway, perhaps via macro,
to merge the public contacts list into each person's person conact list.
So that for example, whenever you open, or possibly close, Outlook it will
"dump" all the public contacts into the users personal conact list. And in
the event ...

Contacts needs an option to copy entire contact to clipboard
It would be nice if there were a "button" to push within the Contact that
copies Name, Title, Company, and Address to the clipboard as a single item.
In addition, it would be nice if, within Word's Labels & Envelopes tool, you
could go to Outlook Contacts to find an address.

Global Contact List
I am curious if there is a way in Outlook 2003 to make a global contact list?
I would essentially like to create a single pool of contacts that can be
added to, but not subtracted from, by users, that would automatically become
a part of every other users main contact list. Preferably, I'd like this
"pool" of contacts to not simply be a collection of individual shared
contacts, but a lis...

hiding outlook folders?
hi
i have multiple mailboxes to look at on an exchange 2003 outlook 2003 system
setup.
What i need to do is hide some of the folders ie 'NOTES' 'CONTACTS' JOURNAL
etc
because on some mailboxes i need only the INBOX.
Is this possible either via outlook or preferably via exchange as some of
the mailboxes are shared and hiding folders by exchange would mean doing it
only once.
A solution...

Navigation Pane Contacts button does NOTHING!
I've seen tons of posts with totally bewildered (contacts and calendar
issues) "MVP's" only making matters MUCH worse. Some MVP's need to
actually try some things and always keep in mind "Occam's Razor."
You're trying way too dang too hard, people!
The real answer to fixing the Contacts button if you click it and it
gives you an empty view, is to go to the "Go" menu and then select

Searching a custom form
I've created a custom form for my company that uses no code and is based on
the contacts template. This is for Outlook 2003
The problem I'm having is that the search feature doesn't ALWAYS seem to
work in the cusom fields (text) I've created. And I do mean "doesn't
always." Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.
For example, I have a field called "Secondary Name" and in it there's...
