Exchanging information between custom contact forms
I am new to outlook and I am currently creating an contacts area for my
organisation using public folders. There are two main types of
contacts - Internal and External, which use different custom forms. I
want to have a drop down list in the External contact form which has
the full names of all the Internal contacts so the External contacts

Contact selection
In Outlook 2003, after opening the Contacts folder, I used to be able to just
type a letter such as "T" and it would take me to the first occurance of any
contacts starting with that letter. Now, for some reason, that no longer
works. I have to click on whichever tab that includes the letter I want.
Was this changed in one of the updates recently, or am I just missing a

Why duplicate names when adding a fax number
Why does Outlook create two contact names when you add a fax to the original
contact? Then if you delete the fax contact, the fax number gets deleted
from the original contact. In the help menu I was sent to this site:
http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Hide-Fax-Numbers.asp
I don't feel this is a fix I should have to pay for. Can I fix it any other
way?

I have a user who has a distribution list and wants to print out not just the

How do I sort contacts alphabetically by company?
I know how to do it in theory, I've followed the instructions, but it comes
out chaotic looking and on 2 lines and not alphabetical. I just want a
straightforward, one-line/person, list of my contacts alphabetized by company
that looks like the phone list.
