I’ve been searching the help section but can’t find what I think I’m looking for....

display name vs. email address
I just update my Office Pro 2000 to Office Pro 2003 and use Outlook 2003 connected to Exchange Server 2003. Our company contact database is in a public folder, which is setup to be an Outlook Address Book. When sending an email in OL2000, I would type in the person's actual name, like Joe Blough, and the To: field would populate with Joe Blough (the display name). Since the update to OL2...

Public Contacts (using exchange server)
In the activities tab for a contact in the Public folder, I can see the journals but not the e-mail or tasks. So, I go to properties of Contacts and tell Outlook where to look for e-mails and tasks (in my personal inbox & personal tasks). This works great until I come to work the next day and the setting is gone and I have to redo. I notice that the Apply button is always greyed out. ...

In OL 2007 address book, what does "more columns" really do?
In OL 2007, when you open the address book there is a choice of "name" or "more columns" at the top that determines what is searched for. I have had no luck figuring out what "more columns" actually searches. I've entered a company name and things from other fields and rarely get matches. ANy ideas? Also, seems NUTS that this doesn't use the integrated WDS....
