After carefully following directions and instructions and several phone
calls, I'm still unable to link my Treo with Outlook 2007. Also any time I go
to Outlook ask me to install the search and finished that I can't. I follow
all the instructions but a dozen times denied it.
Too many glitches.

Backup fails so no upgrade
When I applied SP1 everything broke. When I attempt to open my existing
database, I am told that it must be upgraded but requires a backup first.
When BCM attempts to back up the database, it stops when trying to compress
the backup file and claims that "some errors occurred during Backup." There
are no other options for repair or extract. I have discovered that I can
create a brand ...

Outlook/Access
I'm trying to use Outlook's contact list to populate my employee database
table in Access. I was wondering if there was any way to link my Employee
table with Outlooks contracts similar to what I have done with Excel. Most
of my employee's information are contacted on my Outlook contact cards and
instead of duplicating this infomation I would like to link to it. This way
when ever a n...

Hi,
The problem we're encountering is that Outlook 2003 does not route the
E-mails automatically. We have to do 3 manual steps to route the E-mails:
1. Highlight the message body
2. Mark the message red
3. Click "Run Rules Now" button
Anyone knows the problem is?...

BCM 2007 beta won't work - can't connect to database
I installed Office 2007 Professional Plus, and then Outlook with Business
Contact Manager. No problems. I started Outlook, and in BCM, did an initial
population of the Contacts from a series of Outlook contacts. No problems.
Deleted a few duplicates. Then I tried to create a new Account manually.
When I said to save, it refused, saying that it couldn't connect with the
database. I...

.NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.91 - Fatal Execution Engine Error (
I get this error:
..NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.91 - Fatal Execution Engine Error (79FFF887)
(80131506)
This is being caused by the BCM 3.0 addin, Outlook runs fine if BCM 3.0 is
disabled. Google search says it is a dotnet error, I tried repairing dotnet
2.0 but it didn't seem to help.
Any guesses? We are really interested in 3.0!

I have installed the latest update and service pack for BCM but auto linking
does not work. I am able to select the contact and mail folders and it runs

is not a practical solution. Any advice?...

Importing ACT ver6 to BCM v2 - is this the process?
Export the ACT DB. Q - can't I just convert the existing live ACT DB in/from

BCM to import an ACT db without exporting it first. I know this might sound
stoopid, but I've seen it written that you have to export first, and I'm not
