Office Previewer
When I attempt to view a word or excel file (2007 and 2003) I get a big red X
with this statement:
This file cannot be preview becuase of an error with the following previewer:
Microsoft Office Word previewer
To open this file in its own progrm, double-click it.
This only happended after installing both the Beta Two TEcnical Refresh

How do i remove a salutation (Mr.) used in multiple contacts?
I moved a lot of contacts over from ACT database and need to remove the Mr.
or Mrs. from all of my contacts in Outlook. How can i do that w/o doing the

Database currupted after upgrade to B2TR
After upgrading all the detail of my business contacts has disappeared. I
have tried restoring the backup but that goes through conversion and ends up[
the same - it seems the conversion utility is failing.
Any advice?

BCM not running in my user
I have successfully installed BCM and it runs properly when I open Outlook
from the Administrator User. However, when I open Outlook from my user it
doesn't run, it is not in the folder list, add-ins list or anywhere else...
When I try to enable it, it tells me that it is already enabled... any ideas?...

Hard drive failure, BCM 2003 contacts missing
I experienced a hard drive crash but was able to image my drive before
it completely failed. I installed Outlook w/BCM 2003 (BCM v.1) on the
new drive and imported my PST file, then brought over the old .ldf and
..mdf files as described by creating a new BCM database with the same
name, stopping the BCM service, then replacing the files, then
restarting the service, then reopening Outlook. My...

Moving BCM Data Files
Is there a way to move the default location of the SQL BCM datafiles form...
"C:\Documents and Settings\ComServer\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Business Contact Manager"
to another folder?

Business contacts for Pocket PC : supports windows mobile 5.0
we are trying to switch off ACT 8.0 and the business contact manager product
seems to be great. couldn't a modification to the existing add-in for WM2003
be done so that we can use this option with our new PDAs we need this to work
now and can't wait until the end of the year...we are on the "bleeding" edge

BCM 2007 - SQL Server 2005 SP2 - Messages during install
I don't have Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager B2TR installed
because every time I try to do so two messages pop up on my screen during the
installation telling me that I need to install SQL Server 2005 SP2 or later
before running BCM. Well, I've looked and there is nothing later than SP1 on
the Microsoft website.
Can someone please help me with this?

When I start a new email message in Outlook 2003 SP2, and click on "To",
neither my BCM Accounts nor BCM Business Contacts are available for me to
select.

Trouble after installing BCM Technical Refresh
I just installed the BCM Technical Refresh and I followed the directions
that said to uninstall the previous version of BCM and all components that
installed with it. After completing the installation, I opened Outlook and
got the following message:

Customized Reports
Certain fields from BCM2007 forms are not available when you try to print
