words should move around art not move art/ business cards
How incredibly stupid. i am unable to design my business card the way i want
it. my solution? i'll use word perfect. in word perfect, when i place a
picture where i want it the words simply move around the image. oh yeah, i
guess that's why you made publisher seperate from this program, eh? $$$$$$$

Use Business Contact Manager for Opportunites for Multiple Compan.
I work with a private equity group. We are actively involved with many of
our portfolio companies. As such, I have opportunities and contacts related
to each company. I like the functionality of Business Contact Manager, but
am wondering if there is a way to seperate the opporunities and contacts for
each of our portfolio companies....

Trouble moving shared contacts into business contacts

BCM Remote config
Despite checking out all the documenation I cannot find a simple explanation
as how to link my Laptop to my network (peer to peer) so that I can take away
a synchronised copy.

Transfering Outlook Contacts into Accounts and Business Contacts
Help Please... I have tried and tried but can not find a way to import
customers and vendors I have in my contacts folder to Accounts and Business
Contacts Folders. In the past I looked at these and kept them seperate by
categories. I want to select the categorie ie ( Customers ) and drag it into
Accounts. Is there a way to do this??

How do I send emails automatically to contacts in access database
I have about 400 addresses kept in a Microsoft Access database.
I use word and merge to email to contact them but can only send them one at
a time because I keep getting the message that a programme is trying to
access the addresses which might be a virus and am I aware of this. I have to
click yes every time.

Unable to activate BCM even though it is installed
Greetings,
When I click on the enable BCM link I get a message that states BCM is
already enabled, restart Outlook to use BCM. After a restart, BCM does not
show up in Outlook. If you delete the user's Outlook profile and then
recreate, a wizard pops up when you first open Outlook under the new profile
and you can successfully configure BCM. I don't want to have to do this for
everyon...

How do I set up email for a company account Ex: johndoe@walmart.co
I own my own business now and would like to set up some email accounts with
the suffix of my company. I would like to know how to do this? Do I have to
have a Website or a bignetwork to do this? If anyone can help I would greatly
appreciate it! It's probably not that hard but ya know sometimes your just
illiterate to these things.Oh and if I can do it without those type of things

How do I activate Business Contact Manager in Outlook?
During original set-up, I accidentally chose to insall BCM later. Now I can't
find the appropriate files anywhere to use in my COM-AddIns. There is a BCM
folder in my "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11", but none of 'em
seem to do the trick.

Problems with publishing User Defined Form in Business Contact Man
I edited a Contact Form in Business Contact Manager by adding 2 User Defined
fields to it. Then, when I hit the Publish button, I the following error:
"Unable to determine where to save this form due to an error"
I then hit OK and I am prompted with a window to use to give the form a name
and where to save it. I do this and then get another error:

2007 BCM...Can I Add the Communications Pane to Opportunites?
Just wondering if there's any way to add the communication history pane to
the opportunities window. Basically, I'm trying to make this as easy as
possible. Click on the opportunity and see as much as possible without
having to open up a million windows. Also, is there any way to delete the
products and services window? I don't use that and it just sits there taking
up half my scree...

user defined fields
I discovered Bus Contact Mgr. has the capability of sorting on "User Field 1,
2,3,4,5" which can be viewed in "Current View" tel. book category. Now how
do I insert these user defined fields into the contact info templates?
For example, I want to have a field for "Industry" so that I can enter that
info on each contact and sort by it in the tel. book category....

Searching for email containing one of several words
Any ideas on how to get Outlook to search for mail with three or four
possible words in the body or subject. I've tried using an OR in the search
entry and also delimiiting the search list with commas, even using all
varients of the words (singular and plural).

how do I remove Business Contact Manager?
Have made attempts in "Add/Remove Programs" and by using disk itself. Both
times there's an error "SQL" in nature. Also tried to delete via repairing

BCM Account History Report - Incorrect dates
When I run an account history report, emails have an incorrect 'created
date'. I've tried figuring out some logical reason (e.g. last time I opened
that email to review it) but can't some up with an explanation. Has anybody
