Outlook 2007: Unable to Install BCM
When attempting to install Outlook 2007 w/BCM the installation aborts &
directs me to the 'MBSsetup...' log.
The error message noted in the log is the following:
"The InstallScript engine on this machine is older than the version required
to run this setup. If available, please install the latest version of
ISScript.msi, or contact your support personnel for further assistance."

Synchrinise Outlook BCM contacts with Blackberry devices please.
RIM, Blackberry devices will not synchronise contacts with Outlook Business
Contact Manager. RIM say they have no plans to. Can Microsoft add it into the
facility?

Sharing BCM
Ugh!
Okay, So I'm trying to share a BCM database... and I'm failing...
All our systems are on XP Media Center - 4 total; all are completely
up-to-date with patches and updates. We use Exchange. I followed the
lovely, easy to follow instructions regarding sharing BCM... followed
directions perfectly...

Business Contact Manager Connection problem
I replaced a hard drive on a customer's 4 computer Peer to Peer LAN and did a
restore of the C drive. Everything is OK EXCEPT that Business Contact Manager
cannot connect to the BCM database located on another Computer on the LAN.
User Ids, Passwords, etc. all appear to be OK. This same setup was working
fine before the hard drive crash and the other client machines, set up the

Looking for my BCM '03 contacts
I've installed Outlook '07 beta and BCM beta, but have lost my BCM contacts
from the Outlook & BCM '03 version I was using. I assume that the BCM
contacts are still on my hard drive in a file somewhere - but I don't know
where to look. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

Business Contact Manager Install problems
I have used Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 on this computer in the
past with no problems. The hard drive on the computer failed and I have
replaced it with a new hard drive. Since that time I have been unable to

BCM crashed - reinstalled - now I can't see BCM in Oulook
I could use "Accounts" but when I clicked on any "Business Contact" it would
crash. It may have something to do with the fact that I designed and was
using a customized form - but then I had been doing so for over a year. Maybe
on of the Microsoft updated caused a software conflict.
Anyway I uninstsalled all of office 2003 then reinstaslled it. All working
OK except that I now can't find...

Outloook 2003 "Business Tools" in toolbar
I just bought new Laptop, store installed Office 2003 SBE w/Business Contact
Mgr Version of Outlook. The toolbar in Outlook does not feature thye
"Business Tools" in toolbar that should be there. The software is the proper
SBE to have Contact Manger present. I have tried to repair the installation

BCM and ListBuilder
Does BCM and ListBuilder exchange "Do not send e-mail" information?
For example, on the Details tab of the Contact, there is a "Do not send
e-mail" check box. I'd like to know if that is updated when a
ListBuilder subscriber unsubscribes from a newsletter.
Also, if I manually check the "Do not send e-mail", the ListBuilder

Start Over - - Clear Out
I have approxiamently 250 contacts and have been testing and playing with BCM.
I am fairly happy with everything and with all the links and everything I
created for testing I want to start fresh. I want my contatcs there, but to
wipe out all the links to emails to start over so that way all links are
legit.
Is there an easy way to do this without uninstalling and reinstalling?...

Anyone using a BCM database from and SD Card?
I have a need to use outlook on both a desktop and laptop. Up until now it
has been easy, all my PSTs are stored on a 2GB SD card and I simply move it
back an forth depending on which machine I want to use. Can I do the same
thing with the BCM database?

Problem Starting Outlook w/ BCM 2007 Beta 2
I have been running Oulook w/BCM2007 for about 3 weeks. Last night when
trying to start outlook, I would get an error which cased outlook to shut
down. Each time I try launch outlook I get the same error.
The only way I have been able to launch outllook is to disconnect from the
BCM database, create a new profile and launch outlook WITHOUT BCM 2007. The
minute I try connect to my BCM...

How can I confirm that i have the correct version? I would assume that

It says that it is SP2, and the version says 2.00.5324.00.
