BCM B2TR looses data!
I finally got the technical refresh to load and "upgrade" the database and all of the records are there...with NO data in the comments section of the details tab!!! Furthermore, I can't restore from a backup because that won't work! (And if I could, at this point I doubt I'd get the comments back.) So, BEWARE AND THINK TWICE ABOUT IMPLIMENTING THE TR ON OFFICE IF YOU USE BCM....

After B2TR upgrading db fails
Installed B2TR for both Office and BCM fine and Office works okay. But loading Outlook requires an upgrade to the BCM database but fails with error: "Cannot open backup device C:\Documents and Settings...." Cannot create a new database either....

Synching Business Contacts to Mobile Device. Can it be done?
