Retreiving The BCM File From An Acronis Image File
I need advice on finding the BCM file from Outlook 2003. My computer was hit
with a virus; no backup. However, I took the drive to a guru who used a
program called Acronis (like Norton's Ghost I believe) to create a complete
image. That image file was then placed on an external drive I bought; my new
backup system! The guru also placed a copy of Arconis in the file but I
haven't fired up anyt...

Saving E-mail in BCM
I am about to go from a deskto to a laptop. I have backed up my BCM but what
I want to know is, I have some emails that I need to go with me. I have them
in a folder named saved, but this folder is not under the BCM portion but
rather the Personal Folders portion. It says I can't drag and drop so how do
I make sure my personal saved folders go along with me to my laptop. Thanks...

Business Contact Manager installed but no toolbar?
I downloaded the update and now have no toolbar. When I try to 'enable" BCM,
it says it already is enabled, but I must restart. Restarting Outlook has no
effect and it doesn't appear that BCM is running at all. Any help?

Specialty Reports
Is it possible to print special reports - for example on a given day all the
calls I need to make. A report with some details - Who the call needs to be
made to and the subject matter (for example).
This also assumes that somehow we can get the report writer to work, or
there is some other way to just use the print comands.
Thanks...

Maintaining Outlook Contacts AND BCM Business Contacts...Suggestio
I upgraded from an older version of Office (XP) to Office 2003 SBE to get the
BCM update. I was hoping it would be more integrated than it is; primarily
the fact that all my contacts (business and otherwise) are in Outlook now,
and when I move them into BCM as business contacts, they are completely
duplicated but unlinked and cannot even be sync'ed. As much of an oversight
as that seems ...

More Report Problems
As a follow-up to another post, we loaded the BCM update (V2) on a second
machine and now the reports won't work on that machine either. Just prior to
loading this new update, they did work. There is clearly something wrong
with this update and when you are a novice with software you are simply left
not being able to use it. It really is frustrating!...

Business Contact Manager, you should be able to add contact pics.
To help recall people I've met, I'd like to be able to associate photos with
my contacts in Business Contact Manager. You can do this in the normal
Outlook contacts section, but not Business Contact Manager.
Also, you should be able to crop photos easily, like you can when you add a
photo in gmail.
