Lost Address Card Headings
I have a Windows Mobile PDA. I had it set up to sync to Outlook. I
reinstalled Windows on the computor, and then Activesync. I replaced the
Outlook data file so I had all my contacts back, then synced my PDA. It
updated all contacts, and afterwards the headings in the Address Cards view
are blank. If I look in catagory view, there is nothing in any of the "File
As" fields. But if I open ...

Stop outlook 2003 from sorting on column heading click/prevent cha
I have set up custom views for tasks, with quite a bit of criteria, which
works great... but every once in a while a column heading gets clicked and
all of my custom settings disappear and everything gets resorted by what ever
column I accidentally clicked on.
Q: Can I prevent "sorting by clicking on column headings" for either the
whole program, or even better, just that one custom vie...

Making outlook my default email
Dear users:
I'm trying to make outlook my default email, but if I go to internet
option/program/email, OUTLOOK is not listed and as have Eudora this is the
only program available.
When I click on an email link in a web page EUDORA opens.
I have OUTLOOK installed and fully functional

Where is the send and file option?
Certainly there must be a way to specify where to save my sent email as I
send them individually so that they all don't just end up in one folder,
"Sent Items". Currently to manage sent email I must send the email then go
to the "Sent Items" folder and move that email to the folder it's related to.
Is there an easiser way?

Follow up has disappeared from my favorites folder - ??
I really depend on flagged items to help me remember various tasks that are
ongoing. Today, my favorites folder has obliterated my prompt to
go to follow ups
Would appreciate someone helping me to get it back. I cannot have the
computer clocked back to yesterday because I will lose too much work.

Removing Rules per Script
Hello,
we have about 13.000 mailboxes and want to delete a special spam rule (a
hidden rule in Rules Wizard) from all mailboxes. Does anybody have a tool or
a script to do that via bulk upload. I tried to do this via exmerge, but it
doesn't work.

Organising mails
I am trying to organise mails in outlook such that messages sent to me but
not replied are shown up in a seperate color.
I am able to set mails to me to be dispalyed in a different color (Tools -->
Organise --> Using Colors) but am unable to set both "replied" & "mails to
me" condition.

Outlook Business Contact Manager: was unable to initialize this form
I get this error whenever I try to open up a Business contact. Yet I
can see the main details of a given contact (address, etc).

Home page will not stay changed, it reverts back to MSN>
I log onto Google, go to internet opetions and set as my home page. When I
close that page and open IE again MSN is my home page again. I tried locking
the tool bar did not help.
Am I dumed to us MSN as my home page?

Importing Mail from Thunderbird
Hello all. I want to be able to import all my email from Mozilla
Thunderbird to Outlook 2003.
The entire reason that I was using Thunderbird to begin with is my Outlook
2000 wasn't shutting down properly.\
I have since upgraded to Office 2003 and switched back to Outlook, and I
want to bring my mail back over.
Anyone know how to go about doing this?

I have just reloaded my XP home notebook (Aust Toshiba A100 with XP home)
from the recovery CD. The appearance of the Outlook icon and windows is
different to what was there before. In particular I used to get a visible
yellow warning if I got new email if I was at the time on the Web. Also I
got to the web via view | goto, which is not now an option. Is there a later

Emails missing complete body content, but msg is partly visible in preview mode
Hi,
I have a problem reapprear with my emails which causes the email body
not to be displayed at all. However if i see them in preview mode, i am
able to see the first 2-3 lines only.
Trying to see these mails under "OWA" or using imap/pop from another
client does not allow me to view the mail content.
The last time this happened a couple of months back, my mailbox was
