disabled send/receive shedule
Accidentally disabled send/receive schedule, how do i enable that again? at
the moment i have to keep pressing f9 as mail is not coming through on its
own....

I am wondering how to save a copy of a sent email to another account so that
I can check that people in the company are using the email facility correctly.

Blocked Addressee?
Why won't my message to "first.last@cia.com" send? It sits in the Outbox
and no matter how many time I try to send it, it stays there. No error
message or anything. Meanwhile, other messages go out promptly and

Can't read email on Outlook Mobile on WM5. How to reinstall?
I used i-mate Jamin PDA phone for a few weeks to read corporate email
for my exchange account on Outlook Mobile on WM5. It works fine until
one day it suddenly stops working. I can still receive emails and can
see the title and the sender on the list view. When I clicked on the
email and tried to see the detailed email, it gives me a blank screen.

ToDO: Animated GIFs in Outlook 2007
Hello all... and hopefully any Microsoft people maybe are reading this...
Before Outlook 2007 goes final, PLEASE i hope that rendering of Animated
GIFs will be enabled again.
Even if i select HTML as my format for mail, it does not render them. And it
never renders them either in incoming mail.

I would like to find the list of mailboxes in our exchange server.
Is there any way to find the mailbox name list using Extended MAPI or
should i go for any other API.

Outlook VBA sends <<...>> as message body

I have implemented some Word VBA programming, run by several PC's on a
network, which uses Outlook 2003 to send an email with an RTF
attachment.
The programming couldn't be (much!) simpler - it is just a call to the

Outlook 2003 crash with IMAP
Please help. Outlook 2003 SP2 is crashing most of the time while
trying to contact our local IMAP server with send/receive. It's
crashing hard in outlook.exe, asking to send error report.
Logging is disabled as I googled this as a possible source for
crashes. I reinstalled Outlook with no success and the PST file was
checked with scanpst.exe.
It is not crashing all but most of the time....

How to enable envelope in systray for new mail?
Hi,
I'm using MS Outlook 2003 (WinXP).
At the beginning, when a new mail arrived envelope appeared in systray,
Outlook was minimized to systray too.
But, once upon in time, I clicked on this envelope and choosed 'hide',
and now, I don't know how to enable it again,
It drives me mad, because I don't see when a new mail arrives.

Meeting Confirmations
I would like to be able to send a meeting confirmation by simply double
clicking on the calendar date box. All receipients are in the contacts

Outlook 2003 - File will not leave my outbox
I have a file that I am sending (63mb) in an email. It will not leave
my outbox and is continually scanned by McAfee. Even when I turnoff
McAfee to see if that helps, it still will not leave my outbox. When I
try to delete that email, nothing happens. When I try to open that

Blocked Senders List???
I'm not sure how long this has been happening, but I'm sure it was OK a
while back!
I add addresses and domains to my blocked senders list, they appear there
OK. But next time I run Outlook Express the list has gone!! Cant find
anything on the Microsoft site.
Anyone got any ideas???

Importing OE 6 folders from ME to XP?

My question is in regards to importing Outlook Express folders from a
machine with Windows ME to a machine with Windows XP. The XP machine
already has folders set up with many ancestry mails that cannot be

4smartphone Exchange .prf Issues with Outlook 2003 - Help Please
All -
I just signed up with 4smartphone Hosted Exchange Server last night. The
original exchange .prf file imported into Outlook 2003 just fine and I was
able to sync up with everything. Well, because of my stupidity, I ended up
removing that new exchange account from outlook, re-imported my backed up
..pst file and then tried to once again import the 4smartphone .prf - no
luck.

where can i get templates for a "how-to" manual?
I have several users who are less conversant with Outlook than they would
like to be and I do't have time to create a "how-to" manual from scratch.
What they need to learn is how to archive their email and get it off my
servers and onto their local machines. We are literally running out of space
and some of the users have emails going back to 1998!...

Outlook - one msg selected, multiple messages deleted
Whenever i try to delete an email ( by clicking the cross-thingy)
somehow the next message also deletes from the inbox... i know i only
selected one message soo what can this be? The deleted mail can be
recovered but it does create the extra task of following the contents
of the deleted mail box. Does anyone have a solution?

getting calendar event reminder for deleted event
I keep getting a reminder for an event that has been deleted from my
calendar in Outlook 2002. The event is past due but has been deleted
so I get an error message saying there has been an error dismissing the
reminder.
How can I repair this? I've tried running Scanpst.exe but no joy.
