Viewing SENT read receipts
In Outlook 2000, after reading a message that requested a read receipt and
accepting the request (sending the read receipt), a message would show up in
my outbox briefly, then in the Sent Items folder. This was quite handy
sometimes. In Outlook 2003, read receipts that I send all seem to be hidden.
They don't show up in the outbox and they don't show up as a sent message.
Is there an...

unable to open password protected PST file...
I have password protected a private PST file. When I open Outlook 2002 and
click on the PST file - it asks for my password. If I just click cancel
there - I see no way to open that file again unless I quit Outlook and come
back in. When I click on the PST file, I would have thought it would have
asked for the password again, but it gives a different error and no where

Outlook Notes help needed
When an Outlook Note is open (so that you're seeing the little Post-it
like message), is there a way to save and close the note from the
keyboard, rather than having to reach for the mouse and click on the
"X" in the upper right corner?
Similarly, is there a way to open the "Categories" dialogue without
mousing to the upper left icon and clicking on it (and then
Categories...)?
Thanks!

Sending HTML e-newsletter from Outlook 2003?
I use Outlook Express at home and can write, edit and preview html
e-newsletters easily, including links held on web servers.
Now my works have asked me to do the same for them, BUT we use Outlook
2003 and I can't find a way to do what I can in Outlook Express.
Am I just being stupid and missing something or can't it be done?

Luddites
Someone (I think it was Agent C, though I could be mistaken) has poured
scorn on Outlook and when challenged referred to Luddites. I was just like
to say that the Luddites were a group of people in the UK frightened that
they would lose their simple way of life with the animals and plants, by the
advent of machines, so they sought to smash them up. This label can't really
be applied for ...
