emails with attachments slow
We have several computers with outlook 2000 on Windows XP Pro (moved
from windows 2000 workstation) and opening any email with attachments
is extremely slow since the move. Outlook 2000 is connected to a w2k
sbs exchange server and i've tried both cached and not cached
connection.

Folder shaing across domains
I have 2 AD forests with full trust. Each has its own domain and
exchange server. I'd like a user from domain1 to share a calendar
with a user on domain2.
I'm currently using the sync util to synchronize certain public
folders and I could create matching mailboxes on both servers but

excel shortcut to outlook email
Can I have a link in an Excel spreadsheet to an Outlook email, to open
it when clicked,
Dragging only copies.
Right mouse button dragging provides a context menu to Create Shortcut
here but it doesn't seem to paste anything when selected.
Anyone know how this is done?

Out of Office reply from a irrelevant contact
I know there is a reason but I'm not sure what it is:
An end user will send an email or meeting request to a recipient and will
get an Out of Office response from someone who wasn't designated as a
recipient. So if I send you a meeting request I get a response from someone
else. I assume it has something to do with delegation, maybe?

Outlook 2000 reading Outlook 2003 HTML and rich text emails in Chinese
I have a user who is using Outlook 2003 with POP since our Unix-based
e-mail system doesn't provide a MAPI client for 2003. Others have
Outlook 2000 with the MAPI client installed. The Outlook 2003 user will
send an email in HTML or rich text and the outlook 2000 users will get
either chinese or a series of "boxes". This seems to come and go and we

Email invitation
When an email invitation is sent out to a large group and
maybe half reply on the Yes option button, is there a way
of replying automatically to only those who answered 'Yes'?
rater than typing all the Yes respondents in again??!

Outlook intermittently connects
Hi,
A bit of background first.
I have created a new domain and migrated all users and mailboxes from
the old domain using ADMT and Exchange migration wizard.
All the accounts seem to be ok, users have access to files and outlook
generally works.
On each machine i logged on as the user in the new domain, then copied

Sending English and Japanese text in Outlook 2003
I met Japanese people on my holidays and they kindly emailed me some
phantastic holiday snaps a few weeks later.
They hardly spoke any English and I want to send them an Email in Outlook
2003, thanking them in English, and then include an automatic Japanese

I cannot access (open, forward or any of the right click menu functions)

OUTLOOK: new messages go to UNREAD instead of INBOX
Outlook 2003 suddenly changes on me: instead of sending all new mail to Inbox
- as it was set up, suddenly all new mail is sent to a UNREAD MAIL, a Search
Folders under Personal Folders. Very inconvenient.
i would like all my mail to go to Inbox! i did not do the change (at least
not coherently). Also, there is old unread mail in the Inbox, so I suspect it

can we add hyperlinks to the folder home page, just like ordinary mail
items.?
or is there any provision to add hyperlinks as sub items to an already
existing folder, just like we add subfolders to the existing folder.

Converting Lotus Notes mails to Outlook mail
I have backup of mails from Lotus Notes saved as nsf files. How can I
convert these mails so as to be read from Outlook? Is there any way or
any software available? I have downloaded a few softwares but all of
them require Lotus Notes to be installed on my computer. I don't have
lotus Notes on my computer but only back of data as nsf files. is there

Where are auto-complete values stored in browser forms
My browsers (IE and Firefox) keep values of auto-complete for form fields
(eg what I've entered for Google searches in the past).
Where is this kept? How do I find all the lists for the different kinds of

OWA Calendar
We are sharing an OWA calendar over the web and allowing anyone to view
it (anonymous access). I would like to delete some of the controls on
the calendar form (New, Delete, etc.) because these rights were not
given to anonymous users. Can anyone point me toward a solution?

Outlook/Exchange 2003 attachment problem
We have a client who forwarded a PDF attachment from Novell Netware to us. When we get it the file is a
