Removing all stationery from users desktops
Hey Folks,
Quick question...
We want to stop users in the company from using stationery in Outlook.
I think the easiest way would be to delete it, no?
Where is Stationery stored on the computer?
Thanks in advance.

New, Reply, Reply All, etc are Grayed Out
One of users has a problem sending e-mails using Outlook 2003 on Win XP.
She can receive mails but whenever she tries to create a new e-mail/reply
to mail/forward mail, those buttons are grayed out.
I was guessing that the user never activated Outlook & the trial period was
expired. I have tried to activate thru the help menu tho, it did nothing.
Also, I uninstalled the Office 2003 & reinst...

Duplicate personal folders in Outlook 2003
I built myself a new machine and now I'm in the long arduous process of
reinstalling all my applications. I installed Office 2003 Pro and thought I
could simply copy my backup copy of "outlook.pst" to the relevant folder and
be back where I was as on my old machine. However, I now have 2 identical
"Personal Folders". I cannot delete either and don't know how the extra one
got there. I t...

Full email address showing on sent emails?
Using Outlook 2000 for email (I checked this time, Brian!).
In the sent file, *some* of my emails are not showing the full email address
and only the name. Why is this so with some only? And how can I arrange that
on all outgoing emails (as I compose them) and in the sent mailbox the full
email address (including the @billyboggs.com part) is showing?

Using Access to design a form and then publish it
I am trying with little success to utilise Access where a form can be
designed and then this form can be sent to an e-mail address as an attachment
where the form would look and react the same.
e.g. the mail recipient would be able to enter information into the form
just as if they where in Access, I then require the information to be
received back into the database.
Is there a straight ...
