VBScript to remove Outlook signatures
Hi there
I have just purchased a tool to add a signature to all outgoing emails.
The problem is the majority of users already have a signature set
within their outlook, I remember seeing a VBScript a while ago that
removed the users outlook signature but am unable to find it. I am
using a combination of OutlookXP and 2003.
If anyone knows where I can find this script or another way of...

Unable to connect to incoming server because mail box is in use??
I can send but not receive e-mail. Error says that Outlook could not connect
to the incoming mail server because your mailbox on the server was in use. Is
this a anti-spyware or anti-virus software caused problem? I've tried to
temporarily disable those programs to no avail....

Outlook Contacts when addressing an email
I'm using Outlook 2003. Previously I could create an email, click the To
button and search my list of Outlook contacts for the person I was after and
move them into the To field. I've just had my account moved to an Exchange
server but I still have all my Contacts but I can't seem to access them when
addressing an email or searching on the toolbar for a contact.

photos in body of email
When I paste a photo into the body of an email, OL2003 sends the photos as
an attachments and the recipient sees boxes with a red "X" in the corner.
Question: How can I embed the photo into the body of the email so that the
recipient can view the photos when he opens the email?

outlook should permit me to report bugs.
I am using beta 2, v. 7. I tried to export a folder--it deleted it instead. I
tried to restore it from the backup I've been making daily--I found only
"deleted" email there and not what was missing. I'm out years of saved email
from that folder! I can't report it to MS or get any help about it.

New Messages in In Book are deleting on theri own.
Can someone please help me. New messages to my inbox seem to delete on their

Saving outgoing mail on IMAP server
Hello.
I'm using Outlook 2003, SP2
I have several mail accounts on IMAP mail servers, all configured in
Outlook.
I want to save outgoing emails on the IMAP servers instead of in the local
pst file.
After some research I found out that the way to go was by using rules.
I find that somewhat strange, but ok.

Outlook 2000 question
I have a friend using Outlook 2000 in a Windows environment (not sure which
release). He has a strange problem -- reading and sending new e-mail is no
problem, but when he *responds* to an e-mail, the mail is received on the
other end as trash -- looks like it's being translated into ascii code or
some other thing.
Anyone ever hear of this, or have an idea of a fix? Thanks!

How do I set outlook 2003 to always switch to HTML in replies?
I receive e-mails from someone on a regular basis who is using Outlook 2003
on an exchange 2003 server. Often when I want to reply the e-mail is set to
TXT and I want to reply html. I have to switch it manually each time. Is
there a way to make it autoreply HTML without switching each time?

Director 'A' has an assistant 'B'.
'B' onbehalf of 'A' books an appoinment on outlook calender, and invite
5 more people.
when those people accepts the request, 'A' get all the responses.
I would like to know weather to stop that response going to 'A', but
this response should goto 'B'.

HTML prints on two pages in outlook
On eof my users managed to change something that we cannot re-create. When
they have an email in HTML format it prints on two separate pages - ie it is
split. When they print an email in rich text or plain text it prints
normally. I cannot re-create this issue and thus cannot stop the split
printing...any ideas?

Deleted items folder in o2k3
The big boss refuses to empty or archive his deleted items, now holding some
25,000 messages and approaching 3 gigs in size for the deleted items folder
alone.
Does Outlook treat messages in the deleted items folder any differently than
messages in other folders? Would it be better for him to never delete
messages since he doesn't really want to delete them?

File attachment autocomplete
In Outlook 2000, I could type a portion of the filename I wanted to
attach to a mesage, and Outlook would fill in the rest of the name.
Since my IT department upgraded me, that doesn't seem to work anymore,
and it was really useful to me -- is there any way to retain or
recreate this functionality in Outlook 2002 or later?

Send/receive messages
I just started Outlook 2003 on my desktop. I also have Outlook 2003 on my
laptop and on the laptop it works just fine. The problem I have with outlook
on my desktop is that when I try to send and receive messages regarding my
gmail account it does not download any of my new messages. My messages are
sent but my messages in my inbox are not dowloaded. Can anyopne please help

Domain users
Hi all
I have a small domain setup with around 10 users and 10 machines, what I am
looking to achieve is that when any user logs on to any workstation (Windows
XP Pro) they simply have to launch Outlook and it will display the correct
mailbox. I have an Exchange Server (2000) server which stores all of the
users email.
I know this is certainly possible and no doubt there are several...

OL2002->OL2003 migration issue
OL2002-2003 in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 environment. Public
Folders used for incoming e-mails from outside the company.
In OL2002, displaying and customizing the OL bar, when a new messages
arrives in a Public Folder, I see the usual bold (1) near that folder's
icon.
In OL2003 the OL bar is no more, replaced by the "links" view, which I
